I gotten several phones from this place but never again. The associate (who I will not name) that "attempted" to help my mom seemed really annoyed by my mom who went there with the hopes to activate a new account and only to later find out she required a hefty deposit so she declined. Mind you all this happened before they advised her of her deposit amount and the phone was already connected thru ATT but after she declined everything went downhill. What we tried to do was rescue my mom's phone number because in the midst of trying to activate an account for her they tried to switch her number form MetroPCS to ATT the rep here advised to go to Metro and connect her old phone again. Metro said they couldn't so we went back to them only to get attitude and kept repeating well Metro didn't want to help. I said "mom" let's just include you into my account and we went to the ATT store in FL.City which Chantal was EXTREMELY helpful and had patience with us and in the end we reversed my mom's opened account and cancelled it something this one couldn't do. And the associate here was 100% the other Corporate store couldn't help us but guess what THEY DID. My mom is now happy with her new IPhone 7Plus and her original number. Just go else because the young girls here and no as knowledgeable as the Corporate store. And what really pissed me off was that the other associates said "but what about restock fees and the loss."    Read moreThis Att store has a very bad service, they increased my monthly payment for no reason, call several times and speak to the store manager and they never supposedly solved my problem because they could not enter the system that called me in a few days, Wait and I never called, I called again and they never happened to talk to her, in short, very bad customer service, I called the phone number of the company and they could not do anything because of the unjustified increase that was put in my account. I do not recommend this company go to another I have to be here unfortunately for a contract that I sign 2 years but as soon as I finish I go to another company

   Read moreThis has been the worst experience Iâve ever had with AT&T. Samantha is the most unprofessional and careless person Iâve ever dealt with. I placed an order for two phones on September 12, and I was supposed to receive them around October 10. I confirmed the shipping address with her multiple times, and she kept saying everything was correct, but she didnât include the apartment number. Because of that mistake, the phones were never delivered, and Iâve been waiting all this time for nothing.
After more than a month of waiting, they made me come to the store now just to âcancelâ the order, and they still canât cancel it. I was told I have to wait until the phones are returned to Texas so the order can be automatically canceled. Thatâs their solution after all this time. Unbelievable.
To make things even worse, I canât place a new order because the phones are now backordered until December. So basically, I waited all this time and ended up with no phones, no refund, and no solution. They made me waste so much time and gave me zero solutions for a mistake that was 100% their fault.
This entire process has been the biggest waste of time and patience of my life. No customer deserves to go through...
