Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Homestead

I'm writing this review to inform Ross corporation of the very unprofessional way of your current store (1109) manager of Homestead Florida with name SAM, hi letting my brother know that he was no longer an employee of the store. My brother went in to buy a few things and when he went to pay, my brother gave him (SAM) the discount card that is when he informed my brother in front of all the customers that his discount code was no longer in the system. In order to be a Ross employee you must answer a 60 plus question quiz where most of them are about good customer service and professionalism and I have no comprehension as to how someone who has none of the above is a current leader of one of your stores. I hope that some action is taken in better training your employees in order to prevent future miscommunication and public...

I have never been treated so rudely during a visit to Ross before. This morning, I went to Ross in Homestead to return an item, and I showed the security guard my return bag when I entered the store. With the money from the return, I purchased something else. Despite the fact that the security guard saw me during the return and the payment, he stopped me at the door and made me take everything out of my bag as if I were trying to steal something. Even at Macy’s, where the merchandise is much more expensive than at Ross, security doesn’t check your bags.

This experience was very disrespectful, and it felt like I was being singled out. I urge Ross management to provide training for your security staff, as they need it urgently. I will not be returning...

My experience today in Ross was horrible even though I always been a client from Ross and today my expirence was horrible, I did a purchase today of $163 worth of items and while paying the lady with her Ross ID ASSOC:2253363 with her tran: 5447 at 4:07pm register 6 she put my daughters clothes and my clothes in the bag like if it trash like if it was to throw away and I said “ hey, why are u putting my clothes in the bag like that u should be folding it in the bag “ and she said “ no sorry we don’t do that here “ in a very disrespectful way with a attitude so I had to fold all the clothes my self and on top of that I talked to her supervisor and she said she would talk to her about it that is cashiers should never put the clothes...
