Olive Garden is always a good option one we aren’t sure what to have for family dinner. Typically when we go to this location, it is fairly open seating. However, last night, it was extremely packed. Food was still good. However, the service was subpar. Totally understandable. Our server had at least five tables and we were a party of nine, however I used to work in the service industry, which I guess makes me critique things a bit more… Our waters never got refilled, they were dirty plates on the table the entire meal. And our server had so much going on that when we asked for various things she ended up forgetting and we’d have to ask multiple times. Five of the nine of us had unlimited soup and salad and we ended up having to ask the server multiple times for another bowl of soup or another salad… at the least our table should have been cleared of all of our soup and salad plates for those of us that we’re not having unlimited soup and salad, and all of the empty things should have been cleared… By the end, each of them only got two bowls of soup and one additional salad. They were quite a few things that we never ended up receiving. so since I’m from the industry, I understand I am very patient with things of this nature when they happen. But when we went to walk out and saw 10 people standing at the front hostess stand as well as three servers in the back, eating dinner, and a few others just standing around. This is where management needs to Get better! The manager should never allow the service staff to be standing around, twiddling their thumbs and talking on a busy Sunday night when the entire restaurant is full, there is always something to be done in a restaurant, whether it’s cleaning tables helping fellow staff members cleaning, booths, running food, there is never an excuse for that many people to be standing around when there’s things to be done. As I said, her server was busy, it’s not completely his fault, I put the blame more so on the managers who are not standing behind their staff members and ensuring that they have a successful shift. One of the best things that I learned throughout these 16 years in the service industry is teamwork. When one person is overwhelmed, and one person is bored out of their mind, you have them help pick up the work , this ends up assisting not only the server but the entire...

Rating: ★★★★★
I recently dined at Olive Garden and had an extraordinary experience, thanks in large part to our fantastic server, Louis. From the moment we were seated, Louis provided attentive and top-notch service, enhancing our dining experience remarkably.
The food at Olive Garden was nothing short of phenomenal. I ordered the Seafood Alfredo, which was cooked to perfection with the right balance of flavors and textures. Complementing the meal was a delightful soup that set the tone for a memorable evening. Adding to this culinary delight was the apple Moscato, a recommendation made by Louis, who expertly works the weekends. This choice was spot on and paired beautifully with my meal.
The highlight of the evening was a surprise birthday celebration, orchestrated by Louis. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my special day even more memorable. The staff's enthusiasm and Louis's sincere efforts in organizing this surprise were truly heartwarming.
In conclusion, my experience at Olive Garden was exemplary, largely due to Louis's exceptional service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers set a high standard. I highly recommend Olive Garden for anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service. Be sure to visit on a weekend and ask for Louis; you won't be...
Read moreI am giving 2 stars . The first one is for the kitchen. The food was decent. The other is for the food runner. And absolutely no one else gets a star. I ordered “unlimited” which only works if it gets refilled. Our waiter took forever to even say hello. So long that a different server came to see if anyone had been over yet. He finally came over and took the order. And that’s it. We didn’t see him again the entire time. Till the end of our meal and I had to flag him down for the check. Then he said do you need anything. Hmmmmm?? Well ... I could’ve used my “unlimited” to be unlimited. Instead of just apologizing he told me and I quote “I was busy” 😬😳 “Did you just say you were busy🤨” “Yea talking to my manager” “Ok well I would like to speak to your manager too” And he walked away. I sat there with my mouth open.😮 So I guess at this point I was expecting, well.... an apology would been dope. Nope! She walked over with the same attitude as him. I told her the situation, she said she should’ve covered his section. 😵😵😵 You think!!!! Then she Condescendingly said we were free to go. What does that mean? After we didn’t move she said she was paying for our dinner we could go. I have never excepted a free meal. Ever!!! But between his entitled attitude and the managers rude attitude I was like “we out” Whatever happened to...
