Vengo aquí a menudo porque la pizza y el espagueti es genial. Vengo todas las semanas, pero hoy será el último día que voy a 4jjjj. Cada vez que vengo las damas son super groseras. Esta vez pedí una pizza de piña por teléfono vino a recogerla. Cuando llegué allí, fue hecha como una pizza hawaiana. Vine a recogerlo durante mi hora de almuerzo en el trabajo, así que no podía esperar por otro. Tan pronto como les dije a las damas que mi pedido estaba equivocado, se pusieron fuertes y dijeron "ohhh", pero usted pidió un hawaiano y me dijo que no podían cancelar mi pedido. Les dije que quería cancelar y que quería hablar con un gerente, las damas continuaron discutiendo conmigo y se pusieron aún más fuertes. Les dije que necesitaba cancelar y volver al trabajo. Siguieron diciendo que ordenaste Hawai y trataron de obligarme a tomar la pizza. Cuando le dije a la señora otra vez que necesitaba cancelar mi pedido, se rió en mi cara !! Le dije que eso era lo más rudo que nunca y me contestó que no era grosera y que seguía riendo y teniendo una actitud. Le pregunté por su nombre, me dijo que Melissa no estaba segura de si era sincera porque ninguno de los empleados tenía etiquetas con su nombre. Después de discutir una y otra vez durante varios minutos y toda la conmoción y el comportamiento desagradable. Finalmente acordaron cancelar mi pedido. Es tan triste tener que experimentar este tipo de servicio al cliente. Increíble. Teniendo que tolerar el horrible servicio al cliente y la actitud que tienen los empleados de 4jjjj, cada vez que he entrado en este lugar solo por una pizza y un espagueti ... ¡Ya he tenido suficiente! No volveré nunca !! Ordenaré de Domino's o Pizza Hut por ahora.  VOLVERÉ A HABLAR CON EL ADMINISTRADOR ACTUAL, ESTO NO ES ACEPTABLE.

I come here often because the pizza and the spaghetti is great . I come every week but today will be the last day I ever go to 4jjjj. Every time i come the ladies are super rude. This time I ordered a pineapple pizza over the phone came to pick it up. When I got there it was made as a Hawaiian pizza. I came to pick it up during my lunch break at work so I couldn't wait for another one. As soon as I told the ladies my order was wrong they got loud and were saying ohhh but you ordered a Hawaiian and telling me they couldn't cancel my order. I told them I wanted to cancel and i wanted to speak to a manager the ladies continued to argue with me and got even louder. I told them I need to cancel and get back to work. They kept saying you ordered Hawaiian and trying forcing me to take the pizza. When I told the lady again that I needed to cancel my order she laughed in my face!! I told her that is the rudest thing ever and she argued back saying it isn't rude and continued to laugh and have an attitude. I asked her for her name she told me it was Melissa not sure if she was even being honest because non of the employees had name tags on them. After arguing back and forth for several minutes and all the commotion and unpleasant behavior. They finally agreed to cancel my order. It's so sad to have to experience this type of customer service. Unbelievable. Having to tolerate the horrific customer service and attitude the employees at 4jjjj have everytime I have walked into this place just for a pizza and spaghetti... I have had enough!! Not going back ever!! I will order from Domino's or Pizza hut for now on.

Never visited this place before so came in with my family and walked up to the counter to ask if we sit down and wait for service or order there at the register. Waited about 10 minutes and a waitress finally came and said hello in English, so I asked her if we ordered at the register or sit down at a table to order. She responded in Spanish and I apologized and told her we don’t speak Spanish and she proceeded with attitude saying “well I don’t speak English.” We asked if anyone spoke English and she responded yes and we waited another 5min and ended up leaving because no one came despite several staff members being behind the counter, and the menu also looked less than appetizing to the kids. Not a friendly first impression and won’t ever go back to even try the food due to the poor service. I’m all about cultural diversity and I realize we’re in South Florida, but I won’t tolerate disrespect for not speaking Spanish in America, as I wouldn’t expect for people to speak English in a foreign country. Hopefully the business owners can hire staff more equipped to serve all the public and not just the Spanish...

I called my order in at 1623 was told 20 minutes, they had both English speaking and Spanish speaking employees. I arrived at 1640 was told it was going to take another 10 minutes. At 1653 my pizza came out and I was on my way at 1655. The crust is unbelievably soft but not undercooked…until you get to the outer crust. The outer crust is burnt black. Very few pepperoni’s on a pepperoni pizza. There’s ALOT of cheese on the pizza as if I ordered extra cheese (which I did not). All the cheese over powers everything else, the sauce is undetectable. Overall the pizza isn’t greasy but extremely salty. Tables were used and uncleared, while two people stood behind the counter. Dirty dishes sat on a cart within customers view. Floors were clean, the restaurant was maintained at 72 degrees. Bathrooms were...
