SO, I had an issue originally with an UberEats delivery driver, but to find out that the UberEats delivery person is a scammer. To continue, the UberEats driver said he did not have my order and was going to go back to chipotle so that they can make my order. He gets to Chipotle, call me, and asks about my order a Chipotle employee says that my order is not in the system. I ask the Uber delivery driver can I get his number and I sent him my order through the phone. The UberEats delivery person was not being communicative with the staff. So, he passes the phone to one of the employees i asked a few questions, " I am not sure why he is handing the phone over to you when i sent the order of everything on the phone? Did you all see an order for my name, of Macro bowl, Poppi Strawberry Lemon?" The employee said " No, and you need to talk to this lady I can't deal with her." I'm confused because no ATTITUDE was given or directed at her. I get the manager she gets on the phone. I asked her a simple question " Ma'am did you all receive an order under my name?", the current manager " No, and you need to stop with all the yelling". That was surprising because noone was yelling and did not have an attitude. I have worked in the service industry and I always try my best to approach workers with a mutual respect and just try to get to bottom of the issue, but that made me upset when I did not approach any of the staff with an attitude, while on the phone, "I told her WHO has an attitude, because your staff had the attitude first and now you are saying I have an attitude and you are the MANAGER?!". She then told me I was and that UberEats driver was not being communicative. i told her I am trying to have a resolution to issue and give the UberEats driver a chance to remedy the issue and you are saying I have an attitude. Instead of hearing my issue and complaint she continued the negative energy the original staff member had. We did not come to a resolution with my food being ordered. I had to file a complaint also against the UberEats driver because he was unprofessional, but CHIPOTLE who had the opportunity to have this be resolve made the situation worst by be UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDERSTANDING. Rather than hearing my problem and it coming to a resolution, Chipotle staff(MANAGER) decided this was going to be a dispute. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILLLL NOT BE ORDERING THERE AGAIN!

Read moreI travel a lot, and I always find my self at chipotle. I’m from Tampa where chipotle employees don’t mind serving a nice plate of food. I’ve been to this location twice now and I’ve never had this issue. But this last visit something was off. I waited patiently for the guy in the back to cut the steak but I couldn’t help but notice he was purposely moving slower than necessary. Then the girl serving us, which I wish I had her name. She was in such a bad mood. Served me such a small amount of rice and when I kindly asked her to please put more she added maybe a tea spoon. Then serving the meat, I wasn’t even about to ask her to add more - for the first time I had to ask for double meat. I’ve never had the need before but with her serving it was a must. My plate was somehow still not as full as I’m used to. Normally my lettuce is over flowing but this time they were able to shut the plate with no problems! I didn’t say anything, I blamed it on my pregnancy and thought I was just being extra. But then my partner stressed the same concern and even asked me for some meat for his wrap because it barely had...
Read moreI really hate to complain because I’m well aware times are hard and I don’t want to give off entitlement but this was insane. The employee that took my order gave me and my partner attitude because he had to walk a couple of steps to refill the pinto beans on top of that he took it from a fridge and poured it onto whatever little mixture was left instead of replacing the container and honestly they looked cold, Asked me what time it was and rolled his eyes. Another employee I caught doing the same with sour cream, poured from a bag and mixed it with old sour cream instead on replacing or just finishing what was left. No peppers No guacamole I was already frustrated with how disgusting and rude everything/everyone was that once I reached the end to check out I asked for a bag of chips and the man in the register told me “what we have is prioritized for to go orders instead of the customers who drive and wait the line. This is merely to suggest a closing manager and more structure and food safety. Chipotle already has a reputation with E.coli and today I fully understood why. No one should be eating here...
