Initially I was impressed with the hotel due to the size of the room as well as the Fire TV option. However, I did encounter a lot of issues when I returned to the hotel with my second booking. I had to change my own sheets and take my used towels to the front desk and ask for clean towels. My room was never serviced during my last 2 nights stay. I discovered mold on the A/C units of both rooms I booked. The first room had a lot of visible mold spores on the exterior and interior of the cover of the A/C unit. I discovered this when I inspected the unit due to experiencing symptoms of wheezing, trouble breathing, excessive sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and throat, nausea and diarrhea. All of my symptoms were a result of mold inhalation from the A/C unit. I contacted the 3rd party company I booked the room through to report the mold issue and I was told to contact the front desk to report the issue, which I did. However, the front desk guy did nothing about the A/C unit. This all occurred between 2:30AM-3:30AM this morning, after I experienced extreme diarrhea for over an hour. The guy from the front desk was rude and initially denied the hotel having an available room for me to move to. He blew me off regarding the mold on the A/C unit and told me to wait until later in the morning to speak with their manager. I told him that I have asthma and Graves disease which affects my respiratory system. I also told him that staying in the room was making me physically ill affecting my asthma, sinuses and digestive system. After telling him that I was going to contact the 3rd party booking company, he "found an available room" and told me that I would have to go to the front desk to get the new room key. I had to move all of my belongings to the other room around 3:30 AM this morning and he offered no assistance nor even apologized for the inconvenience. He also never inspected the A/C unit in either room. The room I moved to had mold on the exterior and interior of the cover of the A/C unit as well. I took photos of all of this for both rooms and submitted the photo proof to the 3rd party booking company that I book through so there was evidence of the mold. No one from the hotel ever came to my room this morning to inspect the A/C unit and I was told that the hotel's manager was going to come by before I checked out. The hotel also denied providing any compensation or refund and the manager never reached out to me. I contacted the 3rd party booking company to tell them this and I was told that the hotel manager advised them that they came by room and inspected the A/C unit and they "didn't see any mold". That is a lie because no one from the hotel came by my room this morning at all. In fact, while I was on the phone with my booking company, my friend and I were still on the hotel property. The fact that the hotel manager lied stating that they had come by room to inspect the A/C unit while I was still on property was unacceptable. Then they denied any refund claiming that because they allowed a 1 hour late checkout that was the most they were going to accommodate. Their hotel policy allows all guests to check out 1 hour late so that doesn't qualify as "compensation" for mold on their A/C units. It is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that ALL of their rooms are thoroughly cleaned, free of mold, dust and dirt, as supplied with disinfecting wipes available, per their hotel website. Not only was this not done, they did absolutely nothing to even attempt to clean the A/C units and initially denied moving me to another room. The attitude of the front desk guy was unacceptable and their manager lying was even more unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I would NOT recommend it to any family or friends. For your own health and safety, book somewhere else. The management at this hotel doesn't care about the health and safety of...

Hotel was really nice and brand new the attendant that checked me in the first time was very nice but after like 3 hours are so I attempted to take a shower there was know water so I contacted the front desk not sure who the guy was but he stated the water would be working in about 30 mins so the 30 mins went by and still know water so i then walked to the front office and informed the attendant that there was still know water and he indicated wait another 30 mins which would be almost 9pm so at that I was a upset and he informed me the jack in the box in the area was out of water and they was also working on the water on the next street so I drove around and there was know utility workers working on the water also went to the jack in the box around the corner to see if they didn’t have any water and they water was working so at that the attendant lied about the others water not working and he was like there was know refund but he did give me a refund after I indicated that’s not my fault the water wasn’t working I will not recommend that’s hotel due to the...

The rooms here at BLUESTAR INN are excellent. Everything is brand spanking new. The property is only about three or four months old as of March 2024. The parking lots and walkways are very well lit. Security cameras are everywhere on the exterior and are monitored constantly. The guests on the property have been very friendly. The staff has been very friendly and professional. My room was extremely clean and fresh. Sheets and linens too. Equal to or better than any Hyatt or Hilton that I have ever visited.

Now, let's talk about the lighting in the room. My shower has red LED lighting that turns on during use. I forget the technical name, but the rain style shower head has LED lighting built in. There are also two multi-directional shower heads coming out of the wall. The living area has blue LED mood lighting above the bed.

My room had a microwave and refrigerator. Workstation with lots of outlets. Much more!

Needless to say I am very happy and my stay...
