Worst service ever! After following their page for over a year I finally got a chance to try them this weekend. Placed my order over the phone, they said food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived, went inside to pay and the cashier starts ringing up the order when I noticed the screen said x2 Huarache for $17.98. I asked her what that was because I hadn't ordered it. She explains what it is and I repeat that I didn't order that. I had ordered 2 sopes. She goes and grabs the waitress who took the order and she immediately starts saying that that's what I ordered. I explained to get that there was no way I ordered that because I wasn't familiar with the item. She continues to argue with me telling me it's too late because the food is done. Again, I tell her I did not order it. I know this because I had made a list of what I was going to order on a piece of paper before I even called. She continued to argue with me until I finally had enough and said fine! I would pay and grab my food and go. So then they hand me a small bag and said they were the platanos I ordered and the rest would be brought to my car in 5 minutes (although earlier they claimed my food was ready). Fine, I went and sat in my car. Fifteen minutes go by and no food. I call them to ask what is going on and they say it's coming right out. Another 15 minutes and still no food. I finally go back inside and they hand me my food. I get home and the food was disappointing. The fajita was so fatty. The damn Huaraches that I didn't even order were horrible. The masa tortilla or whatever the meat sits on was so over-fried that I struggled to cut through it with a knife. The only thing that was okay were the churros. Never again. They are lucky I accepted the food, I should have just walked away and left the entire...
Read moreThe one on Market St was horrible, from the service to the food. First of all the food was maybe a 6 out of 10. Not much seasoning on the appetizers, the meat was bland as well as the consomé. The waitress asked us for our drink orders twice. Brought 2 out of 3 she forgot the horchata, we had to remind her again. She also forgot what we ordered as appetizers again we reminded her, she brought them out but forgot to put chile in the corn appetizer we ordered so she brought some on the side. We ordered our main course which was 2 orders of 3 quesabirria tacos and 1 order of 4 quesabirria tacos. Pretty simple nothing complicated no substitutions for any of our orders. When she brought them to our table none of them had cheese, mind you I told her like 5 times “todas con queso”. She took everything back to the kitchen, when she brought them back 1 of the plates did not have consomé, she went to the kitchen and brought out 3. Then we noticed 1 of the consomés had a hair in it. This location is not very big so when the mariachi showed up to play it was super loud & uncomfortable. The whole time we were there everyone was scrambling nobody was organized especially not our waitress. It took over 15mins to get the tab we asked 2 different people for it. When we finally got it she charged us additional things we did not order for about $130.00. She fixed it & came back with a check of $80.00 that was about $50.00 less BIG difference. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any business ever in my life. The waitress needs more training or a different job, we speak fluent Spanish just like her & the menu is in Spanish. Not sure what the disconnect was or why she kept making mistakes but this...
