They get one star because I received the furniture that I ordered....BUT, I advice you that if you are looking to purchase furniture from here PLEASE CONFIRM that the furniture you want is in stock before placing your order. Maria “helped” me when I visited this location and when I asked her when my furniture would be delivered she said I should expect it to be delivered the next day when in reality the furniture I wanted was not in stock and wasn’t going to be in warehouse until the 20th of June which was almost a month after the date I placed my order , so I had to wait almost a month for my furniture to arrive because she lied and said it was in stock. She was just trying to make a sale and didn’t really care that I needed the furniture ASAP and I definitely do not care to do business with her again . Nice furniture and etc. Nice place. But the transparency and communication is lacking. Didn't seem very knowledgeable on items. I give a good review based on good service. Not incomplete, mediocre service. My furniture is not even the color I was told. Cherry and brown are two different colors. I'd rather you say you don't know and find out. Do research or let the manager or someone find out. Some of the process was good but then started going downhill! I just don't get it! People want 5 stars or GOOD reviews for less than quality work. I didn't say PERFECT! The process and communication is broken. Fix it! Didn't give me important information on when payment due or mattress. Can't let focus be on making a dollar. Yes that is great. But good quality work. That will be rewarded. Don't get me started on the movers! I don't have time...

Put all my house furniture on layaway gave me a package deal they told me regardless of pricing going up I was going to get all same furniture and pricing didn’t matter when I would get them even if I was getting them a year after they were gonna respect everything. 3 months after I was ready to payoff and get my furniture since I was getting my house already .. they didn’t have the bedroom set me and my husband had chosen so they offered a new bedroom set which we were ok with but they only wanted to give us a 1499 credit for another bedroom set when in the beginning our original bedroom set was 2499...the lady kept rushing as well..will NEVER go back there or recommend someone..when the lady spoke to the owner I could hear the conversation which...
