My Fiance' added a review for here about 2 months ago on how amazing the customer service was. The ladies in the front (inside) we're always very attentive and very sweet. Tonight, I walked there because my car is in the shop. When I got back home, my order was wrong. I walked back up there, and the lady in the inside was giving me a serious attitude, and threw the whole bag hard in the trash, in a obviously irritated manner. She was telling me that I had placed my order wrong... I NEVER order a Jumbo Jack. The only reason I go there is for their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. I've never had anyone, at any business give me such horrible attitude and tell me that it was my fault that my order was wrong. All of this, especially after having to walk up there twice, for a mistake that was not my fault, then told it was my fault, is rediculous. My Fiance' and I used to love the costomer service here. We would even fill out the surveys because of how amazing they we're before. The lady working the inside cashier tonight at about 7:45 on 1.30.18, needs to not work with customers. Read moreI've come to this jack in the box several times and it seems like each time i come here the experience keeps getting worse. On one occasion they forgot part of my order so I had to come back and pick it up. On another occasion i got some tacos that were dryer than dirt. Just recently i got some food that tasted like it had been sitting overnight. The food was cold and stale so I'm pretty sure they didn't make it fresh. I just read alot of reviews on this place and it's not good. I don't know what they're doing but, what they're not doing is treating customers right by selling us undercooked, old, stale food and we're having to pay for this. If i could give zero stars I would. I'd go as far as giving negative stars given the fact that the food was so terrible that I couldn't stomach it. I had to throw it away and go somewhere else and buy a decent meal which obviously cost me more money. So coming here was just a waste of time and money. I would not that people come here and buy their food until these people step out up and start caring for their customers and making fresh food for us who are paying...
Read moreTo be fair, in the few times I’ve visited this location, food was hot and fresh. However, on two occasions items have been missing from bag after being assured everything was there(I usually have large orders and verbally go over it with staff to not hold up the line). On both occasions no compensation was offered(even though they admit to forgetting item) and when we asked to be compensated with a cheap dollar and change item after this second experience, we were told that can’t be done so we can just take our order or get money back for it. Even the manager on shift co-signed this nonsense!
For me that’s horrible customer service to expect that someone wait in line again(second time at this location) and not rectify the situation. Their only other offer was to have us WAIT AGAIN for a refund of the missing item. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle!
The manager on shift on 3/17/21 at about 11pm could use a refresher on quality...
