The collision repair program was a complete waste of time and money. I regret every moment I spent there, as it completely drained my motivation to pursue a career in collision repair. My experience with Mr. McDonald in welding and basic refinishing was terrible. He started by showing us a few "safety" videos, yet didn’t follow safety practices himself—he often smoked around welding machines during the course, which seemed both unprofessional and unsafe.

When it came to welding, he’d show pictures of what he wanted but never provided proper guidance or supervision. He left students to figure out machine setup on their own, and if you didn’t know how to do it, you were out of luck. Without the help of another student, you’d fail that week.

In basic refinishing, materials often ran out, and students were forced to buy their own supplies and tools, even though tuition should have covered these costs. I also expected to gain hands-on experience with essential tools like the frame machine, only to be told we wouldn’t be using it. How are we supposed to gain real-world experience if we can’t practice properly? This program was nothing but a frustrating and costly...

I went to this school at August of last year until yesterday and what I got to say is this is the best trade school to ever to go. I did the paint and body program and I have the best teachers out there u would love to have Mr Kurtsinger , Mr Gomez or Mr McDonald. All these are the kind of teachers u would love to have they are willing to push u and take u to from entry level to becoming a technician. Coming from the Automotive Collision Repair side, I can only say that if you are really determined to learn you will. The school has 2 amazing professors who I can vouch for, Gomez/Curtsinger.
