Houston Heights Towers has earned my 5-Star rating due to the extraordinary managerial skills of Hope Aguilar. She has the uncanny ability to discern the perfect personnel traits needed for running a smoothe operational system. She manages with a quiet confidence, yet exudes authority. She sincerely cares about her 62+ seniors welfare. She is never participates or get involved with bored, petty, residential drama or gossip. Everyday, she carries herself with an air of grace, sofistication, and professionalism. We (seniors) are truly blessed to have her. She does everything possible for the stability of our comfort. She is constantly, tirelessly, articulating ways for the improvement of our residency. She is never complacent. We all should be grateful for her expertise. I am going to REVIEW in MY WORDS as i see fit. So read on.... This place is a BLESSING. It's a BLESSING for us because when G-D's Wrath hits Houston (or nearby), we're spared. When Pandemic hit, we're BLESSED with food and necessities. Although people find to nick pick the BAD when in fact because of THEIR Presence, Bad (Karma) move in with them and attack us all residents. The BaD iNCLuDe pests, attitudes and characters. This place is an EXCELLENT place. It's the People WiTH Attitudes that are The Problem here, NoT this place. Lastly, to the Complaining People: you don't like it, there's the door for you and Attitudes to move OUT. Allow your BaD Karma to leave the Rest of us Good folks to continue live in Peace & Harmony. Dirty dirty dirty..... I help one of my friends from time to time and he stated to me that he actually had fallen and hurt Himself hit his head pretty hard on toilet. When he had maintenence come fix the broken toilet where he fell not only did they put the toilet back almost in. The middle of the bathroom instead close to rhe wall like it should be. They stole his money and a yeti cup. He said something about it to another employee but they just blew him off. This facility is an assisted leaving for older people and they do the bare minimum. There is also a massive massive bed bug a d roach infestation that needs to be attended to and hasn't. Doesn't do any good talking to employees there almost everyone there that works is all related and mostly imigents that work under the table or act like they...
