I absolutely adore this shop. I've grown up in the area and am so happy to see Jubilee still thriving! They offer such cute clothing options at various price points. You can definitely find some quite affordable things that is great quality! Some of my favorite pieces have been purchased here. The space itself is lovely and a feast for the eyes. Very colorful and welcoming! They also sell cheery home goods as well as fun gift items.

Today I had a blast utilizing their "hat bar". I had not realized they even offered this service! I was able to pick some hats and then pick out feathers and trinkets to decorate them with. Best part, it's all interchangeable! You can also choose to put a branding on them, if you'd like.

Every time I go, the customer service is also top notch. Everybody is so sweet and helpful. Shannon assisted me with choosing out my hats and accessories today, and I am so grateful for her assistance! Now that I'm home and looking at them, I am absolutely thrilled!

I wholeheartedly recommend visiting for a nice and fun experience. Definitely check out some of the other shops on 19th St. as well! It makes for a good afternoon experience with a lot of fun...

I Absolutely am hooked on Jubilee boutique fabulous decor & clothing apparel . Unique novelty gifts /etc. I own 2 Antique Shop’s in Galveston Texas. Jessica was awesome so we’re all the other ladies sweet employees great customer service I recently purchased large chandelier for my antique store from Jubilee and too many prisms and chandeliers also . I’ll show the before and after. Very very pleased. I strongly recommend this boutique Jubilee wins Hands down. Most unique boutique. With all ur merchandise needs....

Total 1 star place. This business doesn't care for the people that live across the street. Too LOUD garbage music that can easily be heard on the upper floors. They are people that need to get to sleep and relax in quiet enjoyment but this place doesn't care. I don't go shoving a boombox with my music genre out, let they are doing tonight. Plus, This business has a very dirty roof. Other rooftops of nearby business are clean, but this is all grimey and black and nasty looking. 1 Star...
