Hello, I have several questions and concerns.
Today Sunday July 24 I attended the ZALATA The Heights branch address: 250 W 20th St suite 300, Houston, TX 77008 at 4:43 p.m.
I attended as a delivery app driver on behalf of two clients and showed my Driver loyalty Program card.
I went through a very uncomfortable situation with the manager of the store when I asked him to stamp my card, who got upset when I asked him to mark my card twice because he was there for two orders from different apps and different clients, which of a unprofessional way I only mark one.
Waiting for the food, I spoke with another young worker, who was very kind on this and other occasions to clarify the situation for me and tell me that the person who had attended me before him was the person in charge and that what he told me was what that was. it was .
I asked you for information about the program for drivers and they don't even know how it works. In turn, I told you that on another occasion I went to the headquarters located at 510 Gray st. which was for three orders and the staff that attended me stamped my card for the 3 orders without me requesting it.
At the same time, I also noticed some anger from the manager, tearing a pizza with some annoyance on the counter where they put them in the boxes.
I don't know if it was because I was talking to the young man who was giving me some clarification which I still have doubts and I would really like to know how the program works since unfortunately I had a bad experience requesting clarification in the store and if I would like know everything about the program because I frequently go to its branches since I am a delivery app driver.
I just would like you to clarify the situation for me, we all have rights and duties
we must be more noble and kind with people this cannot happen...

After a very long day, I placed a pickup order at night because Zalat was the only local pizza option still open.
When I arrived to pick it up, a Zalat employee gestured for me to leave and said that the store was closed. I told her that I had already placed a completed order and was there to pick it up.
She rudely told me to "go away" and did not offer a refund or explanation. Incredulous, I asked where the pizza I had ordered was, and she replied, "in the trash," and gestured towards a nearby dumpster. I walked over to the dumpster and could not find the pizza.
I walked back to restaurant entrance and asked why they had failed to call before throwing the pizza away. She replied that, at Zalat, "We don't do that." She then expounded upon how much they hate making late-night orders and routinely throw them away.
After more back-and-forth, she pointed to a pizza box on the hood of her car and said I could have it. Sure enough, it turned out to be the pizza I had ordered all along.
When I got home, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever tasted. The crust was improperly cooked, with a cardboard-like texture and rock-hard bite. The sauce was unevenly distributed, with not enough cheese. And unsurprisingly, a topping was missing.
I never received any notification from DoorDash or Zalat that the restaurant was closing. Later, I confirmed that I had placed the pickup order over an hour before the posted closing time and had arrived within five minutes of the posted closing time.
I want to like Zalat, but I'm unwilling to waste time and money for frustration and disappointment. There are far better pizza options...

The staff is friendly and helpful with new customers. The interior is very plain with limited seating, 12 people total can sit comfortably inside. Clean restrooms but needs upgrades.
Dine in pizza took 19 minutes to be ready. Their standard crust is thin, but it's too thin as in paper thin. The sauce is good with bold flavor and they provide ample amount of toppings. Overall the pizza tastes good but the paper thin crust and $22 price for one topping makes you feel like you just got cheated. Also, a negative is they play country music inside, a pizza place should have...
