First time at Cava. The he experience was good. The staff was very helpful From the moment I stepped into CAVA, I was greeted by a bright, modern atmosphere that instantly felt welcoming. The sleek design, accented with warm lighting and earthy tones, reflected the fresh and vibrant Mediterranean flavors the restaurant is known for. The layout was clean and inviting, with a subtle aroma of spices and herbs lingering in the air — an appetizing preview of what was to come.
The staff greeted me warmly at the counter, offering guidance with the build-your-own bowl process. They were patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, walking me through the different bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces. Their recommendations were spot-on, especially suggesting the Crazy Feta and garlic dressing combo — an absolute flavor explosion.
I built a custom bowl starting with saffron basmati rice and a mix of greens. For my protein, I chose grilled harissa honey chicken — tender, perfectly spiced, and slightly sweet. I topped it with roasted vegetables, pickled onions, tomato + cucumber salad, hummus, and that unforgettable Crazy Feta. The garlic dressing brought it all together, with a creamy, zesty kick that balanced the spices beautifully.
Every bite was a satisfying contrast of textures and tastes — warm and cool, creamy and crisp, savory and tangy. It tasted fresh, intentional, and nourishing. CAVA’s commitment to quality ingredients and bold, authentic flavors was evident in every component.
I enjoyed my meal in the cozy seating area by the window, watching the gentle flow of customers and staff. The energy was upbeat but never rushed. It felt like a space where fast-casual dining met thoughtfulness and care.
By the end of the meal, I felt energized and satisfied — not weighed down, but genuinely nourished. I left with a smile, already thinking about what combination I’d try next time. CAVA isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a modern celebration of Mediterranean food that makes healthy eating exciting and incredibly delicious.

Read moreFirst time visit to Cava. My wife really wanted to try it out and we were dinally able to go today. 10/10 would recommend.
The vibe was chill and walking to the counter felt similar to Chipotle. The primary difference is that I would consider Cava a tier above Chipotle selections, Mediterranean options, great spices/sauce selections. They offer complementary pita bread. When we ordered, we tore up our pieces of the pita and went back for more. They heated up 3 pieces fresh and brought them out to my wife and I. Top tier service!
The food was delicious, I started going to town on my bowl before I realized that I had forgotten to take a before pic of my bowl for reference but I got half steak with half chicken and the portions were so good I didnt even need to ask for an extra side of meat like Chipotle to get upcharged. The rice was delicious, I added roasted corn, pickled red onion, kalmata olive, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and two different sauces.
Both my wife and my bowl plus a sweet tea came out to $38. Well worth the freshness and the taste. I would recommend anyone who wants to try fresh delicious Mediterranean flavors in an easy to tear up format, try Cava one time and you'll be back.
Also the sweet tea was great, didnt taste like pure sugar and water, you could actually enjoy the tea and sweetness was just right to compliment the meal.
For sure we'll be back for...
Read moreI've been here a handful of times in the last 2 months. However before then, I'd never been to any Cava before. I was eager to try it out as I love anything Mediterranean or similarly inspired! It did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and the staff was all very friendly, warm and engaging to boot.
My biggest compliment of the food is not simply the taste (which is quite amazing for "fast" food), but the PORTIONS are very generous. Chipotle could never! In this economy, people need and deserve generous portions, especially when paying over $10 for one meal. This Cava location does not and will not disappoint. I will admit that every time I've been here there are at least 3 to 5 people ahead of me and usually another 2 to 4 people behind me. They stay busy for sure.
If you're in a super big hurry and there is more than 1 or 2 people ahead of you, this may not be the spot for you. However, if you're willing to be patient and have at least 10 to 15 min to spare you won't be disappointed. It's busy and there's always a line for a reason. The food is excellent and tasty, the service is warm and hospitable and the portions are generous. Dare I say, it's also healthy for you as well. You could easily make any salad or bowl last for 2 meals. Hope you enjoy a meal here soon, it'll definitely hit the...
