Great experience! My wife, 2 daughters (17) and (9) and I are in the middle of a bathroom re-model and due to my handicap I have not been able to take a shower for the past couple of days. We came here because I saw that the showers allowed for accessible use and found that the accessible suite we stayed in had a lot of features that were very helpful. Several that I appreciated the most were raised beds, remote control of the curtains, shower bench (see details below), plenty of grab bars around the toilet and shower, raised toilet, plenty of room to pull up and use a wheel chair around the bathroom and kitchen sinks and counter top, plenty of storage at heights that I could reach. Breakfast was included and again everything was easy to reach and plenty of room to drive my scooter around both the room and the lobby breakfast area. Things that I would love to see changed and would make a huge difference. 1. The shower seat is 6" too low for a slide across transfer from my scooter or power chair. Raising this would have made a huge difference and made me feel much more comfortable about using the shower. It took me roughly 15 minutes to be able to get myself pushed up to the height to make the transfer. 2. Same issue with the lift chair in the pool. Again if it could be raised by 6" it would make for safe transfers. Also if there is any way to prevent side to side movement it would make it much safer to use. Our family is considering a family reunion with people coming from across the country in the next year or two and with these two changes this place would easily be a top forerunner in the location to have it. Thanks for the wonderful stay and super employees at the front desk!

Room was pretty big and decently clean. Saw some hairs in the bathroom and there was some pretty obvious wear and tear throughout the room. Just about everything you need in the kitchen. The water pressure was pretty weak in the bathroom, but great at the kitchen sink. The water got nice and hot everywhere. The A/C worked well. I could hear people walking above and next to my room, but not terribly. There was some weird clicking noise that woke me up throughout the first night. I thought about switching rooms, but just turned the fan on to run all night as white noise and that helped. TV responded slowly, but worked. Internet was super fast. A couple drawers were broken, but I didn't need them. Love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower so I don't have to bring any. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was okay. Sometimes the hot stuff wasn't hot. They had sandwiches in sealed bags in the warmer and one was actually cold. I'm sure they're doing the best they can with limited resources. My mobile key didn't work, which was inconvenient because I hate carrying the room key that tends to get deactivated every time the wind blows.

Excellent hotel and Relatively new. I figure less than two years old. Clean comfortable rooms with all the latest amenities as of late 2020. Full kitchen as you would expect at a Residence Inn. Superb walk in showers which are standard in most of the rooms here. Easy access the property and close Two restaurants grocery stores and gas station. There are several restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. If you’re staying in this area or have relatives at the nearby Franciscan Hospital this is certainly worth a consideration.

My young son and I checked in really late from a long day on the road. Extremely tired we went straight to the room. Not sure how clean my room really was. Alarm clock was hiding under the bed. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Things just didn't seem put away properly. The pool needs to be cleaned. The water is clear but the base needs a good scrubbing and vacuum.

The staff was HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ACTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to request a late checkout and am old lady working the night shift was asking me terribly ordinal questions when I asked. My reasons for wanting a late check out are of no concern to you, thank you. She then asked if I had a preference Program like their Bonboy. I don't but booked with my platinum card, which should have put me somewhere on the list for a priority. Guess not. After asking me all these questions, she then tells me she can't even help me and I'll have to wake up early to all the day shift (making a late check out and sleeping in pointless)!!!!

I then get up early to all for a late check out. The front desk lady barely looks and tells me no. I said that seemed strange, but I. Could we get a late check out? She simply says "no" with an attitude. I log into both my Platinum Travel cards and memberships and it shows on each website they do have rooms. So I go ask again and she simply shrugs.

Then we two to get breakfast. What a gross mess. Dried out bagels with burnt cheese. Dry hard waffles and watery soupy oatmeal. I bring some stuff to our room and realized after finishing I needed some juice. I go back and they've shut breakfast down early. I go to the front desk and ask Ms. Unhelpful if I could get some juice since they closed early, and again, she shrugs and tells me that if they've closed, there's absolutely nothing she could do. Even though they closed early. No customer service at all. I will be contacting my conci to let them know that this hotel treated a tired, run down single...
