Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Greenwood

Update: 12/10/24 - The service has went down hill. Tiff and Chris are the best servers. When they are there, things are great. I was there on Monday (which neither of them were there) with my daughter, got ignored for over 5 minutes by 2 people behind the counter. There is no acknowledgment of us there. One I might add had a manager tag on, was new, and was not busy. Got served cold wings with hot fries. They have updated the app, so today I can't log in. I logged in on the app, and it keeps changing my city to the incorrect city, so I can't place a delivery order, and they couldn't do it over the phone. This is just a job, but everyone around the world needs to stop being so careless and lazy and take more pride in their work and serve others the way they want to be served.

Older post: I like going to BWW on Countyline and Emerson. I sit at the bar area and get the best service. The dining area is not so much. I don't normally sit there. When me my husband and my grandson did.The service was slowand I had to ask for the things that I put in with my order after my food was delivered like my dips. The fried pickles are great.The wings good.The fried is good. The salsa is a medium oker.They're not that kind of establishment. Their burgers are good.Their wraps are good.Their tacos are good.I haven't had much that's not very good. I just need to lower their prices a little bit.And I think it's a little pricey. And use less salt on the burgers, but I feel that way about any restaurant, over salting. They do have the best blue cheese. I wish they would bottle that...

Bizarre experience, with extremely poor service. Our order hadn't arrived after 30 min, when someone from the kitchen came out and told us our food had gotten cold in the kitchen and all had to be remade. Our waitress then came by the table to ask us what they had said to us - she apparently had no clue. Finally, 15 minutes later half of our food came out. Then another 10 minutes or so later the rest came out. Our waitress made some odd excuses about why she hadn't brought it out the first time, but never apologized, just shifted the blame. This was all on a day when not even half the tables were taken - the kitchen and wait staff were not stretched thin. As I started eating my wings, the weirdest thing happened. The guy from the kitchen came back and literally, without a word, grabbed my plate of wings and swapped it out with a different one. Apparently the tray he had initially gave me was the old, cold wings, and he was replacing those with fresh ones. Nice - but really weird to do without a word when I was eating off of it! Then there were the smaller things. Didn't do a good job with refills, napkins, never brought a basket for bones to go into, the dips and veggies we ordered, etc. The large order of wings I had ordered to share with my wife also was lacking labels and they were all piled together. She doesn't like spicy sauces, so this was interesting wing-roulette with her sweet BBQ and my jerk and mango habanero sauces. All around a poor and odd experience, with no apology or offer to discount/remove anything from the bill. Glad Ale Emporium...

I've never seen such a long series of taps all nearly entirely domestic. Don't expect anything too exotic or even local to be available on tap. Yuengling's a safe bet for me though.

The chicken nuggets are their specialty. Drenched in sauce ranging from sweet-as-honey to I'm-gonna-be-on-the-toilet-well-into-tomorrow-afternoon, they leave that up to you. Mango Habanero is were I draw the line between enjoyment and regret on the heat scale, but feel free to dare yourself onward.

Their burgers and wraps are pretty decent as well, but I generally just stick to getting hot, hot nuggets.

They also offer chicken nuggets with bones in them, if that's how you like them. Again, your preference.

As for atmosphere, I hope you enjoy being bombarded on all fronts with big screens playing all the big things happening in sportballs right now. There's people putting their game ball in the hoop basket! There's people putting their game ball to the end of the biggest yards! They kick the ball, they swat the ball, they even hit it with poles sometimes! They show the women people doing these game ball tasks as well! Wow, what a selection. All to view simultaneously, while only one audio is made available to hear. The option of which it is entirely a mystery to whom it falls.
