AMAZING customer service! We were planning to order our tile for our new build project online, but decided last minute to visit F&D to price compare before clicking “purchase” with the other companies. We’d been to the F&D in Castleton and were impressed with the selection but did find it to be overwhelming and hard to stay organized. We had all our selections made prior to this trip, so were literally only going in with the mindset to price compare.

Enter Taylor. She introduced herself and then let us roam as we pleased for 20 minutes or so before we needed her help with a few questions. A few questions turned into discovering MUCH cheaper prices, better selections, and the ease of her putting our choices all into one electronic copy on her handheld. Not only was it more organized and more cost effective but we actually had fun. Taylor showed us options that worked for our ENTIRE house. The style matched exactly what we were searching for. She helped with the entire process and left us walking out the door breathing a sigh of relief (and with more money in our account than if we’d done it on our own!). The other staff members were just as friendly and approachable and the visit was calm and easy (which is huge if you’ve ever had to pick out tile for a whole house with a spouse …). We will definitely choose floor and decor again for our projects and will be seeking Taylor out...

I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm. The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman. Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough. I also cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Truly wonderful and kind hearted!

Huge selection of tile that's a bit overwhelming - but in a good way! I walked around the store first by myself, the displays in the front of the store really helped give me some ideas. I was able to find some tile I liked, but I knew I'd need to come back with my husband and have help with our shower design and making final floor tile and kitchen backsplash selections. I went online and was able to easily schedule an appointment with their design services team. When we arrived at the store, Abby greeted us by name and made us feel welcome. She was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to us as we talked about what we do/don't like. Based on our preferences she was able to guide us to different options and color choices and she made suggestions about which tiles and grouts would look the best together. Abby is AWESOME and she provided amazing customer service! She made the process SO much easier and we couldn't be happier with...
