Visited for the first time last Sunday. Downloaded the Intuit Dome app and added my credit card info so I could enter the store using their face scan technology. What a scam!

The store representative who helped us said we only get charged for things we walk out with. I looked around for 10-15 minutes and left without buying anything. I find out today they charged me $660 for 4 jerseys.

It's a cool concept of having touch less transactions without having to take out your wallet or paying at a register. But not when the tech isn't working properly and you're getting charged for things you didn't buy/walk out with.

I had taken the tour of the arena that day and ended it by checking out the store. This definitely ruined my experience. I would suggest not putting your credit card on the app and just pay the old...

Absolutely worst shopping experience. Let alone charging people without actually buying the items, I still haven’t received my $330 refund from 5th April. Store manager Alex has processed the refund personally and I also have the photo of the refund invoice.

Followed up on email on 10th April, 11th April, 24th and till this day still haven’t received my refund - never responding to their emails 👎🏻

Worst store possible, trying to be ahead of the industry by using full id face scan payment but failing miserably.

Feeling very helpless with the way Intuit dome dealing with things, as $300 is huge...

Visited last night for the clippers game and wish I didn’t. Apparently you get charged for anything you pick up and look at in the store, not for what you actually walk out with. INSANE! I got a receipt over charging me for a sweatshirt that I tried on, but put back on the rack and the sweat shirt that I did indeed walk out with. My boyfriend was also charged for something he picked up in the store but put it back down, his app doesn’t even let him dispute it. My brother was also charged and he didn’t walk out with anything at all! What a headache. I’m removing my credit card as soon as I get my money back. Not worth...
