I recently purchased incense from Cultural Interiors -- GREAT deal ! I received an email from Gail (the owner), checking in and letting me know to reach out if I had any questions, prior to even receiving my order. I already loved how personable the interaction was. After getting my order in the mail and finding out I was missing something, I reached back out to Gail. She responded almost immediately, and mentioned that their assistant manager lived close by and could deliver the missing item personally. I was put in contact with Tammy (the assistant manager) who called to let me know that she was on her way and was exceptionally kind upon trying to find my very difficult to find apartment complex. I placed an order with Cultural interiors on October 18, to be shipped to me. I received order confirmation as well as a tracking link for my package, shipping was estimated at a week or two. It is now December, I have not seen my package and the link for tracking cannot be found, this is not the issue though but the fact that I have reached out to the company on four occasions to ask about my order only to hear no response back. If there is an issue let me know but not answering a customers requests is the worst thing for a company.

If you are ordering from this company online, please beware since if there is any issue with your order you will never hear from them.

The shop has a lot of reasonably priced original art, many by local artists, of ethnic and entertainment subjcts. Ethnic objects mostly African and Eest Indian with some Oriental pieces. Some unique and one-of-a-kind consignment pieces. Some antique and vintage items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of incense, oils, soap, candles and teas. Decorating, art and educational classes/workshops are held on an informal schedule. Unsure of how good they are as I have not attended any as yet. It is a real cultural experience to browse the shop.
