My friends and I checked into this hotel for approximately 20 minutes. We immediately booked another hotel down the road instead. I saw reviews mentioning bed bugs so we checked the room over thoroughly as soon as we got there. While we didn't find any active bed bugs, we did find enough problems that we did not want to stay here. In the photos I included you can find: cracked cielings and walls, peeling paint, mold and cockroach nests all over the rooms and bathrooms, the door was tilted on its hinges enough for me to fit my fingers through the gap at the top entirely, burn marks on the carpet and bedding despite it being a non smoking room, the room smelled musty and gross, the drawers on everything were broken, carved into or otherwise damaged, the word "blood" was carved into the headboard of one bed, one of the lamps didn't work and the switch to turn it on was missing, the other was broken at its base but still turned on, there was DRIED BLOOD on the wall beside the balcony door, the floors are uneven and unstable, the beds are creaky and seem fragile, the curtains on the balcony doors were disgusting, even the front desk was broken at the edges, paint peeling everywhere you looked from doors to walls to stairwells etc. The pool was green and looked like it wasn't cared for properly at all, holes in walls from the railing mounted improperly on the balconies, and we didn't even trust the elevator enough to go up to the second floor, we took the stairs. Only stay in this hotel if you are DESPERATE. It's too expensive for how bad of shape it's in. I wouldn't stay in this room for $40/night let alone $127. The only halfway decent thing about this room was that the fridge was clean. Everything else was disgusting and I wouldn't go back if you paid me. This place needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down.

Please use extra caution if you plan on staying here... it's really outdated and dangerous. My shower(room 221) had wall tile on the floor. I'm disabled but can shower using water shoes for grip. I slipped as soon as I stepped in and had to wait until the water drained and help of a towel to stand up. I woke up with shoulder pain(hit the wall on my way down) but I chose not to sue because I don't want to have another stroke from stress. I tried notifying the front desk about the issue but the person didn't speak much english. It's not worth the money I spent here(approximately $159) but at least Burger King is next door and the airport is 10min away.... I guess that's a plus? Save your money and go to a more updated hotel... preferably one that doesn't cut corner's on repair🙄 there's no outlets next to the bed so I used the one next to the mini refrigerator. There's another outlet in the "closet" of all places. At least the towels are clean(I didn't break out from using them(sensitive skin and eczema). The sheets and "comforter" were old and had holes in them, like someone put lit cigarettes through it. You can't control the a/c you just have to hope it comes on when you need it. The tv does what it likes, it's a tube tv after all. You may have to wait a bit when you press a button. It's like the room is trapped in the late 80's, early 90's Florida. I told my sister it was like walking onto the set of the Golden Girl's. I love the show but trust me, this isn't itđŸ˜©

“Big Roaches” “+I was quoted 1 Price’ and they raised it after.” I wouldn’t have a reason to write this review but when I called too rent a 2 bed-room’ in case I wanted to bring 1 guest. the lady informed me that the max guests is 4 per room; and all of a sudden it will cost per guest, I told the lady it is only me staying in the 2bed-bedroom, and she denied me service because she said she didn’t trust me to only bring 1 person, and I quote her “You didn’t answer fast enough so there is no room Available for only me.” So After discriminating against me I decided to make this review as a warning to other good people. I didn’t care about the Giant roaches and the terrible service until after I experienced it myself in person. I am deeply embarrassed that I had to go through being discriminated against in front of others. I recommend not paying for that treatment until the business is under new ownership. I contacted them on the phone and they said there was a room available, but when I showed up a minute later they all of a sudden didn’t have a room for me, it is always the same person who does that’ it is a lady I have attached a picture. Avoid that place no matter what.

I actually did not stay here. My friend stayed here while we were both in town for the night for a concert at the form while she was still in transit to the hotel. I had gotten there first. I parked my car and went inside to the front Desk to ask them if I could wait out in my car in the parking lot until my friend arrived who had a reservation? I informed the lady at the front desk that my friend should be there within the hour. The front desk person told me no I couldn’t wait because the parking lot gets filled up at night. I told her it was only 2 o’clock in the afternoon and your parking lot is empty. There’s only one car there. She said it doesn’t matter. I still couldn’t park there. I ended up driving down the street and found a McDonald’s and waited there until my friend arrived at the hotel and checked in when she was ready to go out to get something to eat. She gave me a call and I came by to pick her up. when she came to the car, she had the strange look on her face. All she kept saying was you won’t believe how bad this room is! She said it was one of the worst rooms that she had ever stayed in. When we got back from the restaurant, she wanted me to see the room while she changed to get ready for going out to the concert. I had to tell her that I did not want to leave my car because I was afraid that the front desk girl would have my car towed even though we’re only going to be there for about 30 minutes while she changed. Again, while I was waiting for her, my car was one I’ve only two cars in the parking lot! So basically, if you’re staying at this hotel, and I did ask the front desk lady about this, if you have a friend coming to visit you, they have to find a place to park in the shopping center about a half block away! Absolutely crazy! after the concert was over and I brought her back to the hotel she really wanted me to see the room. I noticed there was now an older gentleman at the front desk so I told her I would go ahead and Chance parking my car and coming to her room. Upon opening the door, we both stepped in and she screamed. There was a huge roach crawling across the floor I was able to trap it and stomped on it. I have to admit that was one of the biggest roaches I’ve ever seen by this point. It was approximately 11 PM and I needed to drive home. My friend was going to leave about 5 AM. I found out later the next day that she checked out about 2 AM due to hearing a loud sound that sounded like, according to her a canon going off . She said it scared her so bad that she didn’t want to stay there so she checked out and drove the four hours home so, I would definitely not recommend this...

Make sure you click on the photos too, so you don't think i am making this up. Got there tired from long flight. Their place is been advertised as a Hotel when in fact is a below average Motel (big difference) Anyhow then they gave me a room with curtains with holes in it. The color combination is horrible pink dirty wall with old green dirty carpet, cable television wires hanging around the room, they had some sloppy repair job in the bathroom sealing, didn't bother to paint it and is pealing off as well. The television worked thanks God, but the internet was dropping in and out I had to turn on my iPhone hot spot at times to be able to do stuff. The door frame is crochet (you can stick your hand in the gap and the wind is blowing through it). Then I found out from neighbors (meaning other rooms tenants) that they paid $55 per night while i was charged $85 so naturally I went downstairs in the morning and asked the front desk guy why was I charged $30 extra. After all, $30 is not a lot of money when you rent a $200 room but when you rent a $55 room is a noticeable 54% increase. He told me that is because I have the Jacuzzi Suite. I said What ? Who asked you guys for Jacuzzi Suite ? I didn't. I asked you for the cheapest room. So he started laughing arrogantly and he said: "well you paid for it" I told him that I didn't see any Jacuzzi (usually Jacuzzi is a pretty big size item you should be able to notice it right ?). Anyhow I said to myself maybe its a Jacuzzi room attached to the main room that i didn't notice. I went upstairs to check and sure enough i didn't find any Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi that costed me over half of the base price extra, is in fact the bath tub and unless you pay attention specially if you tired you can overlook it. (sure enough can't accommodate more then one person ) So that was my experience basically I was charged and paid almost double the money for a below average motel room in poor condition . Probably they didn't rent that room in a while so they stick it to me. Now they saying (after they got busted) that that was the only room available yesterday but who is to say that that is the truth. Crooks taking advantage of tired travelers. If my room was the Jacuzzi Suite at $85 then I don't want to know how a regular room looks like at $55. What a joke. Stay away from this motel. Not the best deal on the block.Probably the only good reviews are given by owners...

I had booked a room for 5 people on a Friday afternoon and got a fantastic deal for a room with 3 beds. I've never stayed at this motel before and didn't know what to expect. When I and 2 other of the group of 5 showed up first, we informed the lady at the front we had 2 more coming a little later because they were still on a job. The room was reserved for 5 people online and we informed the lady there will be a total of 5 people like our reservation had stated. We all were actually very impressed by the motel as we had somewhat low expectations due to the price. It is an older motel but kept nice, had two indoor courtyards and a swimming pool in the middle of the first courtyard, a glass elevator, and all the rooms had balconies that viewed the courtyards. Our room was nice size for 5 people, simple older decor, a nice new big flat screen TV and soft beds. I would have given higher marks except for one thing, the lady upfront! My coworkers and I work in mobile RV repair, so when an emergency call came in the two people who came with me had to leave to work that call and I stayed at the room. Two hours later I receive a call from the front desk telling me there were two people downstairs wanting to come up. I told her, "Yes, they are the other two I told you about that makes up the 5 the reservation was for." The lady snapped back and told me," No, you have had too many people going in and out already." I'm not sure what she was referring to unless she was counting when we first checked in and when my two coworkers left for a call....that was it!!! I told her the two who came with me did leave but were coming back and the two downstairs were the ones I told her about, that makes 5 people, the number of people we paid for. She said No! No! Too many and hung up on me! She eventually let my other two coworkers up but the situation should have never happened to begin with. I hope they don't have a policy that people who check in aren't allowed to leave or all people checking in must be there checking in at the same time! Everything else was good...
