I went through the drive through and order my pizza he repeated the order to me which was right and he said it would be 10-15 minutes. I said ok so should I park and go inside to wait he responded deductibles yes. I waited in my car for 15 minutes and went in the kid told me it wasn't ready so I sat there while about 20 other people came in ordered waited maybe 5 minutes and bought their food and left. I waited 30 minutes and asked what is going on and he said it still wasn't ready! I feel like I was being discriminated against since all the other people were getting serviced first. I do not speak Spanish! I waited a little bit longer and the kid said we messed up the order and apologized so I ended up waiting about 40 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza. I was not happy and I really felt targeted because I was English speaking American. I normally wouldn't leave a review like this but I'm calling it like I seen it. Read moreHad a bad experience as well as many others at the time I was there. I had to wait about 20 some to 30 minutes after my online order was said to be ready to pick up. The drive thru was closed. I had to get down to see that there was a big line. I over heard someone telling another customer that he'd been waiting for about an hour for his pizza. Other issues arose that caused customers to yell at each other and want to fight. Police was going to be called because of the threats. It was awful. I didn't feel safe there at all. I don't want to blame the manager she seemed like a nice lady that was trying her best. I believe she wasn't fully trained on how to handle certain personnel challenges, etc. Whatever District or Area Manager that oversees that location should be the one to blame for not making sure their management team is trained effectively and for not being there to support when needed. Read moreI would not even give the person who claimed she was a Manager 1 star last night. We had ordered several pizzas for the business I work at throughout the day yesterday for a Safety award. We ordered 10 more to pick up at 9pm for our overnight crew and when I arrived they were not ready so, I had to wait. We were given a few fresh and others cold. Whenever I got back to work, I realized she hadn't even given me a receipt. I went back and asked for one and she was horribly rude. She told me she couldn't give me one and I should have asked for one. I said "Excuse Me, you don't offer your customers receipts" and asked for her Manager. She told me I could speak with her and not her Manager. I asked for a name and number of that franchise owner and she refused. We order pizzas from this location all the time and I have never been disrespected there the way she talked to me. Honestly, I was shocked as I myself am in Customer Service.
