Update: Their response is not an apology even though it’s disguising as one. Exposing your employees? Are they supposed to be Hiding? And please note the other customer got their food before me too. Your response just added to the horrible service and you clearly don’t prioritize your clients which if u did maybe your establishment wouldn’t be struggling. Do better

AVOIS THIS PLACE if you like to get what u ordered. I called to place my order at 3:30pm for a 5:30 pick up didn’t receive it until 5:45pm I asked for tacos de pastor on the phone and they confirmed. I arrive and she asked me what I wanted and I again told her pastor, and she said ok and charged me. I hear the kitchen ladies discussing trompo and I said I don’t want trompo I want pastor before they made it and she told me they don’t have pastor. She said bcuz ppl usually mean trompo when they say pastor and I said no I want what I asked for and she said well we don’t have it and I asked why wasn’t this clarified the two times I clearly said pastor? She turned around to the cook and told them to not make them and went to the register to cancel my order and give me a refund I said what are u doing I didn’t ask for a refund I am trying to clarify what’s going on and she gave me an attitude and handled my food roughly, basically through it in the bag. We were craving homemade breakfast tacos with fresh tortillas, so we decided to stop by this spot on our way to the grocery store. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and inviting—with only a few tables occupied, likely because it was a Sunday morning and many people were still at church.

We were greeted right away by a friendly staff member who was very patient and helpful as we placed our to-go order. I ordered a chorizo taco, and my daughter went with the tacos de trompo.

While I appreciated the flavor of the chorizo, it was a bit too greasy for my taste. If the grease had been drained a little more, I think it would have been spot-on. That said, my daughter’s tacos de trompo were fantastic—full of flavor, with fresh ingredients that came together beautifully. I have to admit, I was a little jealous and ended up sneaking a bite. No regrets!

I have been here many times and had lunch here with many members of my company on a weekly basis. Today the service was horrible, no refills, no condiments on the table, did not get beans with my meal, and the waitress only came to drop off the food and take the order other than that the only time we saw her was when she came to bring the check totally unacceptable my meal was almost 30 dollars I could have gone somewhere else and gotten better service and acknowledged as a customer. I will not be coming back here and I hate I wasted my money today as it is something that I work hard for and should not have to spend it on sub par service.
