Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Moral of the story is: if you have allergies or want clean eating/drinking utensils... the Subway on West Little York might be a safer bet.

To start, the spanish speaking sandwich artist took the spanish speaking customer from the end of the line and made her sandwich ahead of the others in line behind us. Then, she did not put on a new pair gloves before making my order which is problematic since Im allergic to avocado and have NO clue how long she had been wearing those gloves. When I asked her about it, she didn't understand what I was saying and looked blankly at the cashier who told her to go change her gloves but continued making the same sandwich. Finally, it was time to check out and after purchasing 2 large drinks we noticed there was dirt on the rims of the cups which following a wisdom teeth extraction was not an option for my sister. We went through at least 10 more before we determined the whole stack had been contaminated by something or that the dispenser itself has mold/dirt. The cashier was VERY put out and preferred to refund our drink money than get clean cups from the back.

Very unprofessional employees. Had a bad uncomfortable experience there last Friday. I walked in wasn't welcomed although there were two girl standing there and made eye contact with me. I should've Left then but I wanted A tuna sub sooo bad. Only for me not to even Enjoy it because their bad energy all over it. They both acted like they didn't want to serve me. The girl that did “help” me wasn't trained properly. Anytime I asked for a lil extra she would look over at the other girl and give her a certain look. These folks really take making your sandwich to a whole new level. From the minute we walked in to the time we left we were treated great. Super friendly staff and a good clean bright store. The food and fixings were all fresh and the result was a great experience. Thank you for a great lunch, great atmosphere, and great food! The only down side was they are no longer service black olives as a topping. What a surprise as it's my favorite topping on my personal signature sandwich from Subway. Hope they bring them back but it won't stop me from eating at...
