I was hoping I could give a zero or a negative star rating but I can’t - one is the lowest.

Every family that has lost a loved one deserves to be dealt with dignity, respect and be given straight and honest responses. Anyone who deceives and steals from a family during one of their weakest points is beneath deplorable – the lowest of the low.

Sherry Silva, the owner, severely lacks the qualities necessary to run this type of business or a business in general for that matter. After paying in full almost a year ago we still do not have a product. We have tried several times to call and have been to her place of business on a weekly basis and she does not answer and is never there.

In addition, through the course of this unfortunate situation we have meet 4 others customers that all have the same story… missed deadlines, poor communication, hidden cost, false promises, unprofessional, etc...

So sad to hear what this woman did to all of us. During this time of mourning and pain of losing our loved ones. In 2014 we purchased and paid in full $6,000 for a bench and monument for our daughter who was tragically killed. I kept calling Sherry and leaving her messages and went by the cemetery store looking for her, she never replied. This went on for 2 1/2 years of excuses and delivery issues until I realized this lady had robbed us all along. Such a terrible individual. I cannot imagine how many more families she has done this too. Many families not knowing where to go for help and feeling re-victimized all over again. I am happy to learn that Sherry Silva has been charged by District Attorneys office for theft and other charges. For those that have been a victim of Sherry Silva crime, Contact District Attorneys...
