AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THE WORST STAY EVER! Extremely loud, extremely noisy, cold water - unfavorable, awful experience especially given the price paid for 2 nights. We booked this for a girls weekend ski trip based off of the almost 5 star reviews - this place has to be under online reputation management service bc there is no way these are real 5 star reviews from actual guests as they are all one review contributors so dont make the mistake I made and book based off of that - there is just no way anyone can sleep in this motel overnight bc this is a motel, with people partying into all hours of the night not just in their rooms but in the parking lots - very loud, noisy and not on brand for Killington ski area. I would avoid this place if you are over the age of 25 and are expecting to sleep at all during your stay here. There was a snow storm and still motel guests were still screaming, stomping and partying at all hours all over the property, it was like spring break in Daytona. Not worth a dime paid, very poor experience. Do not be fooled by the location or thinking you are supporting a small business bc the big resorts all have shuttles to bring you downtown and you have recourse for a terrible stay. Stay where you can sleep and where management has a handle on the property and it is not running amuck with young adults partying loudly into the wee hours of the morning. This place is for people looking to party, not have a reasonable stay in Killington. Just gross.
Edited update to include the property owner disclosing my first and last name in the internet is probably why there are no 1 star reviews; this is what he keeps doing. Disclosing my personal information, my first party data, which was given to book a reservation - it is grossly inappropriate to misuse my private information used to book a reservation in response to my review without my consent , why? Why is that necessary to use my first and last name in your response? This is extremely concerning when there is a real review that actually reflects the experience and not the fabricated five star ones. This property is just not one that is worthwhile and obviously is worth avoiding given the behavior here alone. See screenshot in photo. This...
Read moreVery Very Very upset at this place. booked a two bed room in their website and indicated 3 people were staying here. Arrived to find a room with a TINY bed. Office was closed. called twice and no answer. They called me back and were very unhelpful and asked us to come book another room at their other location 5 minutes away. nothing else they would do for us. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel and will not be back. Clearly their reservation system sucks but their customer service was even worse!! Three grown men are not sleeping in the bed on picture that’s for sure
There is NOTHING true about the owners response - we booked a room with 2 beds. They did not give us one. Why would your booking system ask how many adults are staying in the room and then even allow a TINY queen bed to make sense. There is absolutely NO logic in your response. People don’t waste your time booking here. They clearly don’t care if a customer is happy with their stay or not. They are too busy trying to blame their customer for THEIR mistake. If you could have admitted your system sucks and honored my reservation at your other place I wouldn’t care...
Read moreStayed 3 nights in October of 2025. I have never experienced an easier check in or check out process in my life. A code gets sent/emailed, and owners Casey and Brett are available via text for any issues or questions. They checked in with us throughout our stay via text and were able to provide excellent recommendations for entertainment, hiking, shopping, dining, etc., throughout the area. Rooms are freshly decorated and-perhaps my favorite feature-there were plenty of towels! We are always requesting more towels when we are away, and we actually left a few untouched! Decor is fresh and modern. Coffee in room actually tastes decent! Walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Driving distance to Killington Mountain and several hiking trails. We spent a lot of time at the fire pits in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Fridge was convenient for leftovers and beverages and microwave available. We would absolutely...
