I had an unfortunate experience at this place and would like to share my feedback. The service I received was below my expectations and left me feeling disappointed. While I understand that everyone has off days, the level of rudeness I encountered was quite surprising. From the server, to the bartender and the manager.

I believe that providing exceptional customer service is crucial for any establishment, and it was disheartening to have such a negative encounter. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to address any issues within their team.

Constructive feedback can be invaluable in improving the overall customer experience. I encourage the management to invest time and effort into training their staff on effective communication and customer service skills. By doing so, they can create a more welcoming and positive environment for their customers.

It is my sincere hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future. I believe in the potential for improvement and wish the establishment all the best in their efforts to provide better...

Not a great experience. They seem like they don't really want you there.

First of all, it's actually a full service cafe with a take out section. Not a regular coffeehouse like a Starbucks. That means you dine in or take out.

I asked for wifi and server told me but didn't tell me which network (there are 3) and which letters were caps. I couldn't get it to work and asked the barista who brought the drink and he gave me a piece of paper and I was able to get on.

They got the drink wrong but I let it go and when I wanted to pay I asked if I could get charged for the drink I actually got. Server told me it cost the same but it didn't. Then it was corrected and she basically left me to process the credit card on my own. So I was alone with the device sticking the credit card chip in and left the device on the table.

I still tipped but I really shouldn't have. They are just not that friendly and there are only 2 people running around.

Will not be back but it's unfortunate as there are not many coffee places...

Stopped here for take out breakfast one morning. We called ahead and still had to wait in a long line of people when we got there. My fiancé said his breakfast sandwich was very good. I got the quiche, which came in a container with a side of fruit. The quiche itself would have been tasty, except that it was not warmed up and the juices from the fruit soaked the crust, which made the crust soggy. So I was eating soggy cold quiche. Also, the size of the quiche (extremely thin) for the amount of money they charged for it was ridiculous. If they just put the fruit in a separate container, warmed up the quiche before serving, and added more eggs to their quiche, it would have been a lot better. Long story short, don’t get the quiche unless they make improvements to it. On the plus side, the fruit seemed fresh...

I think this place could be awesome as a bat and hangout, but my review is purely based on trying to grab a quick pre ski breakfast. First, when you walk in, it is kind of confusing where you are supposed to head for takeout. Next once you figure it out, it seemed to take a while. They appear to be making everything to order, which is nice, but it did take some time. The Maple Latte was fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches were big, but personally I would rather hit the store for a pre-made sandwich and get to the lift line. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome. The muffins were rather burnt on the outside. So check it out if not in a hurry, or hit it after your day of skiing to see what the bar is all about.
