As a traveller who enjoys a well organized vacation, I cannot begin to tell you how impressed our family was by the outstanding professionalism from Orlando Vacation Homes. This company had executed and provided for us with everything we needed from beginning to end. From the first point of communication via email we knew we found the right company to make our Disney trip everything we dreamt it would be. The staff had equipped us with lots of information about things that would be of interest to us in our surrounding area, and we did them all and had the time of our lives. When we arrived at our home our children asked if we could stay forever. Our home was very spacious, clean, organized and nicely decorated. Our kids ran through the house with excitement and we won’t forget the expression on our sons face when he seen his favourite room in the house; the games room! Air hockey, double TVs for gaming, Foosball, as well a pool table upstairs just in case he wanted to switch it up. I should also mention the private pool that came with our home is a very close 2nd. We started every morning with a swim and ended our day with a relaxing hot tub. We took advantage of the guest book that was filled with information from local restaurants, attractions and much more. Having two small children, we loved that the home came with things like stroller, high chair and play pen. The community clubhouse that we had access to reminded us of our vacations we take to the resorts in Mexico. This place had everything from a lazy river with tubes, pools and hot tubs, gym, theatre, bar and restaurants, and all at our disposal! Of course we enjoyed a fun filled day at Disney but the most thrilling part for our whole family was our beautiful home and resort community we stayed at. Just got home from our stay at champions gate, needless to say it was not what was expected. First off the pictures on the website compared to what you get must be enhanced. First things first the couch was so old the leather was flaking everywhere, we paid for pool heat which most certainly wasnt on the first day or two they had to send someone out to up the heater. The wifi was not working either so that was a problem as well as they send someone out to check it the guy tells me yea they reset the router so it wont work with the password they gave us. Also keep in mind what they dont tell you is they have 24 hours to address a problem and they never tell you that they are coming , if they even do come which was rare. The arcade in the game room was also broken and could not be fix when they finally sent someone to look at it so thats very frustrating to pay for something that was broken. Then one of my guests arrived and they went to sleep on there bed and the bed fell through so now we were down a bedroom. These houses are definitley not well managed or maintained and it really shows. At what we paid for the house we should not have had as many problems as we did. Then to add more headaches the dishwasher wasnt working, and when i contacted the guest relations they just didnt respond to my emails anymore or even call me back. I would never stay here again and definitley not recommend staying here. Spend your money elsewhere. Also if security is and issue for you they face all there doors to the house inside out so anyone can just pop a pin out of the hinges and remove a locked door!!! So crazy stay away...

My recent stay at an Orlando vacation homes was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The home was stunning immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. From the private pool and spacious layout to the game room and comfortable beds, every detail was thoughtfully considered.

The location was perfect close to all the major attractions but in a peaceful, private community that felt like a true getaway. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service. The team was responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and the check-in process was seamless.
