We’re tourists from NY. I placed a big order over the phone also paid over the phone because payment was asked at the time which was not a problem at all and understandable. We were told 25 minutes got there in like 45 minutes and was told our food wasn’t ready yet. No problem, we waited another 20 minutes . At this point it has been over an hour since we ordered the food so we decided to go back up to the cashier and follow up. We also were going to add to the order and get some already made desert they had. The response the second time by the same girl was that the order was made under the same name and was already picked up. In confusion we confirmed the order and that it was the correct place in which she confirmed and changed the story saying that they received the order she then proceeded to print out the receipt and then admitted that the food was just never made. She couldn’t give me a clear explanation as to why and how that happened. She couldn’t answer the question as to why she took my card information over the phone told me it was 25 minutes but somehow the order was never charged and the food was never made. A real disappointment as we were looking forward to trying their food. They lost out on an order of over $120 with the additional items we were going to add on. And on top of that we like to repeat and recommend places we love while on vacation. Don’t waste your time. WORST Chinese food EVER!!!! I had them a long time ago but forgot whether I enjoyed it or not. So, I decided to order from them again. Now, I remember why I didn’t want to order from them again. BIG MISTAKE. 1st. The plain lo mein is nothing more than noodles drenched in soy sauce. 2nd. I ordered a sesame chicken combo and an orange chicken combo. They were both the EXACT same chicken in the EXACT same sauce except one had sesames sprinkled on it. What a joke!!! Orange Chicken & sesame chicken are NOT the same at all unless you get it from this place. It’s like they were too lazy to make a different kind of chicken entree. The boneless spare rib tips were so hard and super chewy to the point of being inedible. The garlic chicken combo was meh, nothing great. Very one note flavor. I paid a whopping $61 for 4 combos and 1 small plain lo mein. I could’ve went to a dozen authentic Chinese fast food restaurants near me, paid ALOT less & gotten better much better food. It is NOT Puertorican Style Chinese food, either. Any halfway decent Puertorican Chinese restaurant would laugh at the audacity of these people calling themselves PR Chinese food. STAFF NOT FRIENDLY Came with my family 7 people total, including my 2 toddlers. We asked if we can connect a table that was near by and a lady said no, that it would have to be a different table that was occupied. They have one table only that would accommodate us, was taken at the time. We waited and once it was free we asked if it could be wiped so we could sit (kids getting antsy). The lady said she and her colleagues were busy, that we needed to wait. We finally had it wiped after waiting about 15 minutes standing by the table. Then while placing the order, the guy taking the order was not friendly at all. I asked if we could get all white meat chicken breast, he said I would get what ever came out. I told him I only like white meat and he said sorry it’s what ever comes out. Then I have him a look and he then says, well I’d have to charge you extra for white meat. I said yes of course that fine, just like any place would. It took 3 times of asking for him to say he would charge extra and acted like I was asking for too much, as if I was getting free food. This is our first time and I must say the staff was very unfriendly and acted more like you are at a cafeteria getting free food. Definitely not a good first impression. I was more embarrassed than anything for bringing my family here to try for first time. Hopefully just an off day but don’t think I’ll be back...
