The food is great no complaints with the food itself. However the service is not so great at this location. We have given it a second chance after a poor first experience where not only did it take more than double the time we were quoted to get our food, they also did not give ANY of the ranch in the bag. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, one guy was great and wanted to help, then a female came up and was accusing me of lying saying very loudly the ranch was in the bag. (Who is going to lie about ranch?) Anyway, the manager contacted us and invited us back saying this experience was not an expectation.
Today, We attempted to get food a second time here. First we went in, the manager said there was something for us in the drawer but nothing was there which was ok. The guy at the register offered to call Expodito, we told him it’s ok no need to call the GM at almost 8pm. So we proceeded to place an order via the app since it was already put together. The app said 5-10 minutes. That was at about 7:50pm, we did not get our food until 8:18. While waiting we witnessed the girl from the first experience working the fryer, however near the end of our time there she got moved over to packing the food. She certainly had some attitude with other customers and had no service skills. She would talk to customers with a condescending tone saying their food isn’t ready but didn’t even look at the customers while saying stuff so the customers were asking her again because they didn’t know who she was talking to since she was short and didn’t look at who she was talking to. Upon getting our food, we did a quick inspection to verify the containers were there, all good. However when we got home the corn was made with cajan seasoning even thought the order said fry seasoning, and the fries we ordered were suppose to have extra seasoning however they were lightly seasoned.
Over all, the staff here doesn’t seem to pay attention very closely at details, I can’t tell if they are not empowered to make good decisions or if they simply don’t know how too, and time management doesn’t appear to be a skill that...

I ordered a delivery order last night, once I received the order it was incorrect for the second time they have messed up the flavor I had picked. The food wasn't hot like it was fresh, 5 pieces of the boneless was just sitting in so much thick cold sauce. Cajun corn didn't have cajun seasoning on it. hours later we was up awake and starting to feel sick. I called today to talk to a manger. Instead of him showing concern he got so defensive and rude. HE DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE OR TALK TO CUSTOMER. HE PLACED ME ON HOLD AND I AM STILL ON HOLD WHILE I AM TYPING THIS. SADLY HE DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. TOOK OVER 23 MINS TO RESOLVE THIS!!! He really was going back and forth with me on the phone. She didn’t remember anything I was saying and I had to repeat myself for every single thing she asked me. 10 minutes go by & someone comes from the kitchen saying an order name I couldn’t hear him but it sounded similar to my name. I just looked up to see if he was going to repeat it or if the actual person was going to get their order. He turned to me and asked if I was okay.
