Reunion resort — Hotel in Kissimmee

Reunion Resort is wonderful. Great place to stay. Nice rooms. Close to Disney. As perfect as anyone could ask for. But guest relations could use more people answering the phones. They seemed over whelmed and uninformed. We reserved a soccer gold tee off time and then arrived to find out the course was closed for renovations. That wasn't a problem, but we would have rather been told that when making the reservation with guest relations. Their water park is great for young children but their Tiki bar makes no effort to give Resort Users the reduced price. And even after I told them on the second order when I read the sign that said Wyndam guest gets discounted prices, I was still over charged. It was only two dollars but still I was told only sorry we can't do anything after we process the bill. So 4 frozen 8 ounce drinks cost over $32. But other than that we loved it and we are coming back for the fourth...

Buena apariencia, pero muy mala atención al cliente

El lugar donde nos hospedamos estaba limpio y bien presentado, pero la experiencia se vio completamente afectada por la falta de profesionalismo en la atención al cliente. En ningún momento fuimos tratados con cortesía, y ante cualquier duda o situación, el personal respondió de forma poco amable y defensiva, sin ofrecer soluciones reales.

Además, no se cumplieron varios aspectos del paquete contratado, como artículos esenciales que debían estar disponibles en la villa. A esto se suma que, a pesar de haber pagado un seguro, ahora se niegan a devolver ese dinero, incluso después de múltiples intentos de comunicación.

La falta de respuesta y el trato recibido reflejan una empresa que no se preocupa por el bienestar ni la experiencia de sus huéspedes. 👉 No lo recomiendo. Mucho cuidado antes de reservar con esta compañía.

Nice appearance, but very poor customer service

The place we stayed at was clean and well presented, but the experience was completely affected by the lack of professionalism in customer service. At no time were we treated with courtesy, and when we raised concerns, the staff responded in a defensive and unhelpful manner, offering no real solutions.

In addition, several aspects of the package we paid for were not fulfilled, including missing essential items in the villa. On top of that, despite having paid for a protection plan or insurance, they are now refusing to return that money, even after multiple attempts to communicate.

The lack of response and poor treatment show a company that does not care about the guest’s experience or satisfaction. 👉 I do not recommend this company. Be very cautious before...

Nice convenient resort shuttle to get around. There is a 3rd party shuttle to get you to Disney but that company lacks luster, but can’t complain too much as it was a free service included with the stay. The house had a heated pool and hottub that never got to usable temperature. They were nice to keep coming back out to look at it, but sadly couldn’t remedy the problem, but refunded the cost of that.
