This is our families worst memory from vaca. and the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. This topic was literally just brought up this week and our experience was so bad it took this long to revisit this page! To be honest, I'm surprised they're still in business! After reviewing other's reviews, especially the one about 'chicken n waffles' and seeing their uploaded image of soggy eggo waffles and chicken patty it reminded me of the microwaved chicken nuggets we'd received! So here goes, they had 1 poor girl running the whole restaurant all by herself. She literally had to do everything answer phones, take phone orders, cook some of the food, microwave other foods (like the microwaved chicken nuggets I mentioned). All the while she continued to serve other newer customers, continued taking more phone orders all while our party of 9 hadn't received our meal. 45 mins. into waiting we received the microwaved, barely warm nuggets and 1 soup. Just 1 soup eventho we ordered 2 of the same soup she only made enough for 1 soup. She said she called for help as soon as we walked in but noone showed up. She said she was pretty sure she'd get the rest of our food out in about ANOTHER 45 minutes but since she was working all alone it would be awhile. 1 hour and 45 mins later, the person who could refund our money showed up as they didn't trust her to process or handle refunds. During my wait for a refund the rest of my family walked over to McD's and had dinner came back to find me still waiting. Talk about horrible service, hence this long overdue review. Perhaps now things are better and they learned from it but judging by the unprofessional combative responses to other negative reviews they've received I don't think quality nor good customer service are a priority. Read moreI went in to wait for my partner to arrive as it was chilly outside and I had just walked over from the gym. I sat inside and explained to the supervisor that it would be a few minutes before I ordered because my partner was stuck in a little traffic off of I-4. The restaurant had 1 couple there, and they were eating. I sat down and waited for a couple of minutes. The supervisor hollered at me from the counter asking me (not even two minutes later) if I was waiting on someone. I politely said yes and quietly sat there. A few minutes later, a large male that worked there (I’m assuming their cook) spoke and said hello when he walked in along with another customer. The supervisor started speaking to him in another language in front of me. He went behind the counter and yelled “HEY YOU, ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMEONE? YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE, THIS ISNT A PUBLIC PLACE, YOU CANNOT HANG OUT HERE”. I quietly gathered my things and left. Very impolite and unprofessional. I have never been so embarrassed. Even after explaining the situation, not causing disruption, these people treated a potential customer like garbage. Thank goodness I didn’t eat from this establishment. Read moreHorrible untrained staff! We ordered fries they were half cooked and crunchy (consistency of a raw potato). I didn't have time to wait for new fries so I asked for my money back and was told that since it was on a credit card their system will not allow a refund. I asked if I could get cash back and was told no so they took the fries I ate off of and touched and put them back in to cook longer now they are over cooked, dry and tough. Again I didn't have time for this so my wife called and the manager was not there and the staff is not trained to know how to care for customers thus she was told we would not get a refund and I had to eat or throw away the disgusting food they gave me. The kid on the phone hung up on my wife and after she called back (5 times) he said he spoke to the manager and they would still do nothing unless we return the food (I already tried that) and waited till noon the next day for the manager to actually go to work, then he "may" help us.
