Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Florida

I had forgotten this Cold Stone had opened in the neighborhood until this evening. I thought it would be a nice ending to a quick date night with my husband. When we went inside, there was just 1 couple in front of us. After 5-7 minutes, I started to wonder what was really going on. There were 5 or 6 people working behind the counter but noone tending to the customers. Finally, one of the young ladies starts on the people in front of us. A second takes the second part of the couple and then a bit later comes to us. It was clear she was either ready to go home or she was at home in her mind already & just annoyed that we were there. She takes my order and another young lady takes my husband's order. I was just in disbelief at this entire scene. Near the register, I spot a cup of spoons off to the side of the counter, I ask 1 of them are these clean spoons she looks & says yeah and goes back to speaking to her co-worker. I nearly had to reach over the other people's ice cream on the counter to get the spoons. This was our first time in this Cold Stone location near our home and please believe me when I tell you it will be the last. There are much better places to spend our $17.92 than here. We will NEVER come back here. The service was despicable. I tapped 1 star b/c I believe it was required...

Me and my lady LOVE coldstone... unfortunately this one was like walking into an ice cream store that decided a great marketing move would be to hang up the Coldstone sign outside and just take it down when the gig is up. Only one person ahead of us and boooy oh boy did we wait.. a solid 18 minutes while we were literally in the front of the line (I set a timer after about 10 minutes because i couldn't believe it) so in reality a total of roughly 28 minutes while in front of the line waiting to even get acknowledged. But then when we were there was barely any mix-ins inside of my fiances chocolate devotion.. just chocolate ice cream. No top covers were given and no bags, had fo wait again to ask for them.. restroom has no interior lock just a sign thay says please knock before entering so if someone knows the code and forget or decides not to knock you're in for some embarrassment along with your ice cream. Not the greatest location or ColdStone experience but still happy they exist since it's the closest one to me coming from 50 mins away... just upset that was the experience for a...
