Update 3/10/2025 -
This time I used the Noble Romans website to order carry out pizza because a previous time I tried to call in an order and someone had turned off their phone’s ringer, so I had to go there.
This time I got there just about exactly the time the website said it would be ready. I was surprised to be served by a gentleman who appeared to be a manager, as opposed to the poorly trained employees on most other visits.
He said it was going to take another five minutes, so I waited, and it took a little longer than that, but that was OK. Then he brought out two pizzas instead of one. Apparently the first one wasn’t done correctly, so the manager gave me both the correct pizza and the other one was given to me at no charge. Good customer service!
The resulting pizzas were excellent, as has always been the case. Their ingredients and execution have always been good, and now their service has been greatly improved, making the whole experience much improved. I would now recommend this Noble Romans without reservation!
Previous Reviews
The pizza was great, as usual. The server, however, was horrible. I ordered a side salad along with our medium pizza. No salad. After an appropriate amount of time the pizza came via a runner. No salad. Our server never showed to check on us. In fact I saw her duck out, never to return until we were literally finishing the last bites of our pie. I told her to remove the salad from the bill. I always give a generous tip. Not this time!
Update: We returned again, 8 months later, hoping the last experience was a one off. Nope, nearly the same thing. Server takes our order, including a salad for me. Pizza arrives promptly but no salad. No one checks on us and we never see our server again. Finally a different server shows up after we finished our pizza. I mentioned the salad and asked it be removed from the bill, which it was. She explained our server had to leave but did not explain why no one else took over for her for us. Terrible customer service. Poor training and poor management. It’s a shame because the pizza is good.
One more time, 8/30/23. Got there at 7:00 and were told we couldn’t be seated for half an hour because they only had one server. Are you kidding me? Whoever is running this place should be...
Read moreWe have tried noble roman's 3 different times now. The first time wasn't to horrible we only had to wait 20 minutes for an employee to greet us. The second time the service got worse but was still not to horrible. This last time was beyond the deal breaker went inside only waited about 2 minutes I was impressed as the past we've waited 10-20 minutes before being greeted I thought oh yes 3rd time is the right time (it's after the holidays not busy) oh but was I wrong was told if you can get the highchair go ahead (I was also carrying said child for the highchair) so I carried both to the table to be told server will be there soon we waited 10 solid minutes no biggy we are catching up on our days. server comes takes our drink order we waited maybe 3 minutes for our drinks and breadsticks. placed our food order 40 minutes go by finally get our food. I started to open the silverware so I can cut the spaghetti up so the baby could eat some of it to find out the spaghetti was so cold that it was like it had been sitting there for a solid 15 minutes. when the server comes back to the table with the drink refills and we asked to have spaghetti that was at least warm I stick my finger down in the middle showing it definitely wasn't hot like was stated just 2 minutes before the server took the spaghetti and asked if I cared if they finger tested it as well (of course I don't care I'm not lying) so server was confused as how the plate was hot but the spaghetti was cold took the food back and the wait begins again 🤦♀️ after 10 minutes I tell my husband I'm over it at that point another 5 minutes and he finally told the server just cancel the spaghetti and we'd pay for the breadsticks and drink it then took 10 more minutes before the check was brought to the table and thankfully they didn't charge us for the breadsticks. 🫤 I do the 3 strikes your out and today was strike 3. I definitely wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreLike the food. Whether it's carry out or dine in it's so hard to get any kind of service. I have gotten good service here before but the last 6 visits not so much. Not asking for much. Keep my drink filled, bring me what I ordered, don't drop off the check and then go take a nap in a booth and when I'm in to pick up a take out order at the given time don't look at me and continue to ignore that I'm there. I was the only order on the shelf. What are the chances you run out of dipping cheese and parmesan cheese on the same night and hour before close and then ask if I want bread sticks. Employees having whatever slap/play fight in the dining room and servers arguing over has to help me also isn't a good look. Yes I heard.
12-30-22 Service is still a BIG problem. Order was to be done at 10:00 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. Checked on my order and it was sitting on the shelf. I asked the employee why I didn't get a text that the order was done. Her response was they don't do that on the weekends because it is too busy. NOT A SINGLE TABLE WAS BEING USED. My order was the only one on the shelf. No one came in after me as I sat in my car to eat. To top it all off I guess getting 2 of my 3 toppings ordered is the best I can hope for. I'm done with Noble...
