Ordered online and there was no one in drive thru so I went through to pick it up as I had kids in the car. The barista, Santana was very aggressive and rude asking me to pull around in 5 mins. Again, there was no one in front or behind me or I would’ve had no problem doing so. She then proceeded to hand me my drink, but not the rest of my items, and delivered yet again another rude and aggressive comment about giving them the 5 min. allotment of time and slammed the window. Again stilllllll no one in front or behind me. I proceeded to honk to get the rest of my order, and was ignored. Then I had to knock on the window to say “hey I’m missing a cake pop” and was greeted by an alternative employee. I just have to say when people are in customer service and are rude, aggressive and nasty, it makes the atmosphere and experience feel untrustworthy, and makes me wonder what’s actually in my drink. Try a little act of kindness and suck it up, ITS YOUR JOB BABE. Instead of only giving me half of my order, being nasty, having me honk, ignoring me to give the rest of my order, just do your job politely in the first place. Read moreI go to this Starbucks daily. Typically it’s a great experience, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However today I went there and got a totally different experience. I ordered a drink that I have ordered many times before, but when I got the drink it looked much different than what it usually does. There’s obviously something missing or something included that shouldn’t be. I told the barista, an older lady with glasses, she seemed offended. She then proceeded to tell me that the way she made it was exactly how they ALWAYS are made. She indicated that I ordered it wrong, which after looking at the label, it’s clear I didn’t. She was extremely rude, and without fixing the drink or hearing me out she condescendingly and totally rude said “ you have a nice day”. The drink I ordered was a paradise drink. A guy who is on the lookout if the customer is satisfied with his food and if you liked it or not to change your drink. A charismatic young man who has to socialize with people. I liked his vibe so much, his way of talking to me, treating me and giving me the best service in all the places that I have gone to order food from a window.
