DONT STAY @ THIS LOCATION!!! I was in a room the 1st night and had to rebook an additional night so they moved me to another room. They issued me a key then I proceeded to enter the new room which was already occupied! (Extremely dangerous when a stranger is entering your room @ 4am) So they sent me to another room where I stayed for the next 5 days and they continued to charge me $100 ( Incidental fee) every night even though it was the same room! I had unfortunately gotten sick and had to remove all my sheets so I asked the staff for a new set of sheets At least 5 times in which I waited almost 10 hours for staff to bring sheets to the room and make my bed up (The general manager's response was i should have gotten sheets from the front desk and made my own bed)! So I laid on a bed with a few towels and unfortunately stained the mattress (never would have stained the mattress if I had sheets)! I finally had to take myself to the hospital in which they kept me for a few days. I called the front desk to tell them I'm NOT physically there to check out (I had 1 bag already packed by the door) but they wouldn't grab my bag out of the room so they charged my credit card another night without my permission! I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL!!!! They were going to continue to charge me until I finally got a friend to drive all the way across town to grab my bag out of the room! Then they condemned the room and charged me $200 in incidental fees because they said the room was unrentable!! I wrote a complaint to the general manager and they immediately denied my request for any refund due to the room having throw up on the floor! This was the biggest sham I have ever experienced while staying at a hotel. So, if you have small children in your family do not make a stain on the floor because they'll keep your incidental fee apparently! BEWARE!! These are all facts of what I dealt with after spending over $800 FOR 6 NIGHTS! God forbid, if it ever snows and you track snow or mud into the room, they might condemn it or if you unfortunately get into a car wreck or some sort of emergency and you're in the hospital, they will continue to charge you additional nights until somebody gets your belongings out! There are numerous other hotels that will accommodate these types of situations and treat you like a human being, rather than them a dollar sign! Thank you for reading this and I hope you choose another hotel because it's not worth it there!!!!!! Also, The bathroom was disgusting! It looked like it hadn't been mopped in months and there was scum all around the faucet, but my stain on the floor made the room unrentable!!!! The mattress looked like it had been there for years! Apparently it's a slum lord owned location with A general manager that apparently has not taken any courses on customer service! Customer...

We booked this room 2 days in advance and informed them that we would be arriving around 4am to which they agreed would not be a problem. We drove 15hrs straight knowing that our check in and room would not be an issue. We arrived right at 4am to find that no one was on duty. A sign was posted at the desk " I am running an errand for a guest, and will be back shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience." Half an hour later I call customer service where a guy picks up to assist. I inform him of the situation and that I've already tried calling the hotel. He puts me on hold and calls the front desk anyways. 10 min later I'm still on hold listening to the front desk phone ring, so I answer their phone myself. I tell the guy... on their phone that no one is here, and we still have a problem. The guy hangs up on me with no return call. I call customer service again. A lady answers and I repeat the issue. She then calls the front desk, so I answer their phone again to convince her that NO ONE IS HERE TO ASSIST US. She then tells me that all they can do is call the front desk which clearly does nothing for the issue at hand. I ask her to note my issue on my reservation. In the meantime we sleep in the lobby until someone shows up. We have to put chairs together to make a space to try and sleep but by this time other guests are waking up asking us where the front desk is. No sleep and embarrassed. Additionally, the lobby bathroom is clogged; men's and women's restroom. The ground floor has a foul smell. The elevator has trash piled in the corner also. Just after 6am an employee finally arrives, but doesn't greet us. 15 min later another employee shows up and apologized stating " an employee left early without informing her. " At this point there's 4 additional customers waiting to be assisted. I approach the desk and she immediately tells me, "Sir, you'll have to wait a minute. I have to do an audit, so some paperwork, etc. then I can help you. Please sit back down." We finally get keys to our room by 7am...3hrs after arriving from a 15hr drive. I'm a Wyndham Rewards member since 2010 to top it off. Additionally, their muffins were stale and dry, no hot breakfast options, and no lids for coffee cups. 9am I have to poke my head out the door to ask cleaning ladies to relocate because they're laughing and joking right outside my door. All I get is a dirty look.

Read moreI'm at the hotel now. We stayed last night and decided to stay another night. Cary at the front desk recommended I book through Priceline again for the 2nd night since she couldn't match the Priceline rate. Did so, and called her to say the reservation was made. She said to come down and get new keys and sign new paperwork. I mentioned the $75 deposit that I had to pay the first night, thinking it wouldn't be charged again. "Oh, I should have mentioned that." What??! So the 7-10 business days that it takes to refund the deposit is definitely an issue, because it's now $150! She said she would go ahead and not do the deposit this time, but she'll probably get written up. She said she'd been written up 3 times. Ok, so that was done, but I made the mistake of telling her about the coke machine not accepting bills or coins. If you swipe your card and the item is sold out, it still charges you. I only mentioned it so she could put a sign up or something. She was annoyed with me, saying we needed to contact the vending company. Ok, nevermind, I just said ok... Ended the call a little frustrated with her lack of professionalism. So what does she do, she calls me back to say she is in fact charging the deposit! I asked for a manager. She kept cutting me off, wouldn't let me speak, and wouldn't let me speak to a manager, saying they were not in on the weekends! Totally unacceptable. So here I am, booked a non-refundable room and Cary is telling me to cancel the reservation! I have the maid knocking, and Priceline won't cancel. Michelle, or manager on duty, please contact me. I can't deal with this unreasonable woman!
If it weren't for Cary at the front desk, the hotel is perfect in every other way. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I was finally able to get the 2nd night cancelled through Priceline because I was forced by the hotel. We had to leave unshowered, but we checked in to the Holiday Inn next door where we were treated with respect, as a...
