Erica needs to be terminated.

First time at this place, definitely my last. I was at this place for about 5-7 minutes when I went to go use the restroom. Apparently I broke some unwritten rule and this older lady playing pool started yelling at me. I would like to add that when my group finally got a pool table the rule that I somehow broke didn't exist because they did the same thing I did but she didn't attack them like she did to me.

I brushed her off like nothing, I went back to my table making sure to make no observance of her what so ever and avoiding eye contact, next thing I know this lady is grabbing my arm, she would not let go so I made somewhat of a scene cause I had no clue why she was even physically touching me.

ERICA, the manager, tried to kick me out immediately and automatically assumed I was the aggressor. The place was packed and it was very embarrassing and intimidating. I begged for Erica to look at the surveillance video trying to explain to her I did nothing wrong. After she looked at the video she admitted I did nothing wrong but refused to let me see the video, she didn't apologize. She told me I need to leave the lady alone and allowed her to stay. I could stay but it was clear she still made me out to be the aggressor. I will never go back there, the owner of this establishment will be found responsible if anything really gets escalated because it very easily could have tonight.

I would not go here if I were you. If you aren't a regular, you are putting yourself in a situation where you can be physically assaulted and they'll say it was your fault and refuse to allow you to see the video of you being assaulted.

Erica either needs terminated or some much needed training before you are dealing with a major tragedy that she isn't capable...

Out of town visitor. Never been so disappointed with a venue (and I travel a lot). The band was good. However, a minor disagreement over seats caused a very uncomfortable scene. I was verbally attacked by Sabrina the bartender. She had a chip on her shoulder because unbeknownst to us we sat in two regulars chairs??? Apparently, there is assigned seating at the bar. Either that or they don’t like black women sitting there. Not sure which one it was. We were accused of cussing at the bartender although no one heard it and the “witnesses” sitting around confirmed our version of events. Erica (the supposed manager), tried to make peace. Everything was going fine until Sabrina (once again) approached us and told us we were cut off and to leave HER bar (she doesn’t own it). This was after we had been sitting for at least 30-45 minutes, minding our own business and chatting with the regulars. Sabrina was on a power trip and seemed to have a problem with people of color. Erica, basically said the customers weren’t important and she had to support her staff (even when others, again, confirmed our version of events). I obviously will never be back. If you’re not a regular, be prepared to be treated like garbage. If you’re a person of color, be prepared to be treated...

The main bartender (in the front) kicked butt. She was making like four 5 drink orders at a time and still keeping up with everything. Bartender with dreads was super helpful and very friendly. Very much appreciated her willingness to help.

Drinks were freaking amazing. And so much cheaper than other places I've been to. I would go back just for the prices and the delicious margs. But everything else was so impressive that I would drive the 30 min just to hang out here.

Food was far superior to your average bar food. French dip, fries, appetizer sampler, and all the other food choices are awesome. Kitchen doesn't close till 11pm, which is amazing.

Regulars are super friendly.

Pool tables and cues are REALLY well-maintained. Not the broken up tips, crooked wood, and ripped up felt you'd find at other bars. Even though it was free pool night, we were still able to find a table open. Maybe we got lucky? Idk.

Not sure how they get by with just 1 unisex bathroom. Maybe I just didn't see another one.

Regardless, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Glad to find such a nice pool bar. They even had poker night in the front! Great...
