Everything tasted great. But if you’ve been to one Asian, lunch, Buffay, then you’ve been to them all because they kind of all have the same food. They had pepper steak, beef and broccoli, Teriyaki chicken, chicken, skewers, fried fish, baked fish, pizza, an assortment of desserts with Jell-O and little cupcake looking thingies. They had an area that had wonton an egg drop soup. And then like an appetizer area that had crab Rangoon’s, Tempura fried vegetables and fried dumplings. The sushi was pretty decent. They had California rolls, California eel roll, Philadelphia salmon rolls, crunchy crab rolls. The service is OK. It’s not the kind of service that you expects in most places but they give you what you need. If you need something you find them and they give it to you. They don’t automatically give you the little cups for the sauces so you have to ask. Also the wasabi on the sushi bar is not real wasabi. It’s like that freeze dried weird stuff. You can tell because it’s like a neon green. But did it taste great mixed up with my dumpling style soy sauce, yea. They have baby octopuses, large prawn, they have vegetables with steamed shrimp. The food was great for the price that you pay. I would love to go back and try one of their snow crab legs nights. That’s usually I think on weekend nights I’m not sure, but I also think they have frog legs too on that buffet. I will definitely update when I check this place out again for dinner.

This Buffet Asia is located off Nellis and Charleston. Out of all the Buffet Asia's I have been to this is definitely one of the cleanest. With a variety of foods to choose from fruits, veggies ,shrimp, beef teriyaki sticks, jello, seafood, and sushi definitely a good buffet to go to. (They have alot of different options) Quick service and comfortable dining environment. For two people it was around $29 for lunch with drink. ( Including tax) Diner prices are different. Around $20 per person with drink. (That is not including tax)The have crab and lobster on Saturday and Sunday in the evening. It is different price then lunch buffet. Around $52 for 2 people. Take out available: $11.99 without tax. You only get one plate with soup but you get to choose your own food!

I’ve been going to this buffet ever since it opened but today i was really shocked and disappointed with the customer service as well as how things were handled. Came in with 3 adults and 2 children but only paid for 3 adults and 1 child since the younger one had already eaten and he said he wasn’t gonna eat. So the front desk lady tells me make sure he doesn’t eat and I told her ok I understand and we were then led to our booth. Half an hour later one of the waitresses comes over and tells me “hey he can’t eat, make sure he doesn’t eat” and at that point I was ok I’m sorry I understand but it was only “TWO” slices or orange to which she kept telling me he can’t eat and at that point i was feeling embarrassed because you’re literally calling me out in front of other buffet customers that are next to us about my 5 year old brother eating only 2 slices of oranges. At that point I was in shock as well as annoyed, I understand there are rules and you have to enforce then but are seriously gonna stand there and tell a 5 year old kid hey don’t eat you didn’t pay?! Like what the heck? We have money to pay for him and yes he did eat only a couple of oranges but to handle a situation like that is very unprofessional. So after that we continued to the exit as to which my mother told the 2 lady’s at the desk like hey how much do I owe you for the 2 slices of oranges and they just looked at us like what? And I told her what had happened and she just told me “make sure he doesn’t eat or pay next time so he can eat” and I was like I understand but we don’t appreciate you watching us on the camera eating as well as just stalk a table to make sure a child doesn’t eat. Then she called my mother rude for telling her about the situation because she threw her hands up in the air seeing as how ridiculous the situation was. And I tell her she’s not being rude she doesn’t appreciate the fact of how you handled the situation. And as soon as we’re almost out the door we hear her tell the other desk lady that my moms crazy and I just couldn’t believe it. If this kind of behavior continues I’m not sure how long this place...

((I went on a date here around mid 8 pm yesterday on 10/2/2020 and the guy at the register was very welcoming but the ladys who work as servers were kind of rude. Im not shure what her name was but she was shorter and had short dark hair.)) Me and my boyfreind went to eat and later we got an ice cream cone and sat down to take pictures and joke around. A lady/worker sat in front of us as well as another male worker facing me and I felt uncomfortable. Im aware that the male worker may have been on his break so I didnt mind him but the female worker got off from the booth amd came back looking at me. She then pointed at me and my boyfriend and talked in her foreign language to her fellow workers and I felt that she was annoyed at us for being there still. There was aslo another customer so it wasnt just us but I felt that it was rude that she pointed and said something about us which was aparent that she did. It was almost 9:20 pm and my boyfreind felt embarrassed and hoped they werent annoyed that we were still here but we were only there for 15-20 min. And i didnt want to spend my money for no reason so i wanted to chill there for 5 more min at least or until we finished our ice cream i dont like being rushed espesually if its something that i payed for. We ended up leaving instead. As a server at another food chain i know how it is when you work closing times and people are still there but I still treat my customers with hospitaity. Im not saying they didnt but i dont talk in spanish and point at customers that are still eating. I find that as rude. I also make sure the customer is aware that we will be closing soon and if they would like anything else. Not stare at them and stand/sit near their table. If Beffet@Asia closes at 9:30 they should let their customers stay till closing time because as presented thats the ending time for the customers to leave. I know its preffered for them to leave earlier but they shouldnt be rushed even I let my customers finish. I dont think ill be...

I recently took my wife and a dear friend here for dinner . At the front desk , I asked : Do you all have any military or senior discounts ? The guy at the counter told me in a very rude manner that we don't and will never have any discounts . It made me take a step back . I then asked : "Well, what about in the future? Say a few years from now, would you all consider, and he stood firm in his ugliness and said never . Who does that when a customer asks a question ?

So we get in to eat and automatically notice that it's hotter than where Moses let his sandals . Now mind you, this is an all you can eat but who can enjoy their food when you are almost at the same temperature as the food ? All you can eat here is a joke ! You pay for all you can eat, but you are also all uncomfortable to enjoy what you want to eat because it feels like you are eating at a picnic table in Death Valley . You pay for all you can eat, and you don't get any air conditioning to make you wanna stay and eat more. Instead, you eat less because of the heat . Next time, go somewhere where you will be comfortable eating . Customer care doesn't matter here, just the money . By the way , my wife , my friend, and I are actually in the culinary field . I have 48 years in this field, and I have never been treated this way and would never treat any customers this way . In this day and age, where does it say that you can disrespect people that come to your establishment to eat ? We will never come here ever again . I won't pay for all you can...
