Rainbow Shops — Local services in Las Vegas

We live in Henderson but I decided to take my neighbor to the Rhapsodielle on Nellis since this store is huge compare to the one in Henderson. We saw this store called Rainbow close to the store we went to. My friend was looking around while I was walking with my baby. I normally look at clothes and put it back where it goes, this time my daughter was crying and I happen to leave the clothing that I was looking at on top of the rack. Claudia the manager who I got the name up at the end when I left had to call me basically and say are you not taking these anymore? I replied no I’m not sorry thank you. She then went and talk to her employees and said loud enough for me to hear, make sure you guys get all the clothes that people are just grabbing and leaving on top of the racks. That was so unprofessional of her being she is the supervisor of the store. As a supervisor you should give an example to your employees. I Owen my own business but I started from the bottom. I know how to treat my employees, guest and people in general. I came on my hour lunch to grab a few things and I was late coming because I was in line for 22 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Then when I get up there the lady didn’t know how to do military discount which is fine but I had to wait for the store manager I’m guessing to complete the transaction with another customer. She made she told the lady to not give me my discount on the discounted items but didn’t make sure she called for help to the front . Then customer she was helping even said she could wait and she could help me because it was ridiculous but she said no. Very unprofessional. Military discounts shouldn’t be looked down upon either. The girls who work here are so unprofessional. I came in on 7/18 20 minutes before closing (I didn't know) and while shopping the girls were loudly commenting on how annoying it was to have 1 person left in the store. Then one of the girls on the floor asked in a very rude manner if I was done shopping and I said yes. And went up the register and the cashier was rushing trough my transaction and the girl on thr floor was waiting behind me and walked me to door and didnt say anything like have a good night.
