"I'll have a better day if you STOP talking to me" "Stop talking to her too" I guess that's the way the daughter of the owner talks to customers. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I was treated like middle school and not a business. I came in and was waiting for maybe like 5 mins without being acknowledged even though she saw me like 3 times while she was sitting down. I didn't approach her because I wasn't sure if she was on her break so I waited. I then finally ask and she replied with attitude trying to argue and says "You should've asked we were over there talking and you saw so" and I'm sorry but customer service and if she's in charge of the place you at least say hi or some sort of acknowledgement if you see someone standing for more than 5 mins. The other girl a little younger maybe then came to help and she was friendly and always has been for the times I've came. But I was then explaining that I wasn't sure if the other girl was on her break so I didn't want to bother her and then the girl told me she was feeling sick so I said I hope she feels better and then the rude one said "I'll feel better if you stop talking to me" I then replied I wasn't talking to you I was as talking to her and she then said "stop talking to her too" again in a really rude way. I loved this place but sadly if the owners are leaving it to her to be in charge of its going to go downhill. Not to mention that she made my crepe RAW but at that point I wasn't trying to argue. However I will be coming back to talk to the manager and calling just to inform them because again that was the worst customer service I have...
Read moreThe food quality was substandard. I had the veggie crepe with a soup side and my mother had the Nutella crepe. The mozzarella did not melt, which was a shame considering that cheese is best served that way. The veggies were not at all sautéed, and I feel that this was also a shame. Why serve raw vegetables on a crepe? The mangos were not ripe. The strawberries did not have even a hint of sweetness. The soup, which was quite basic, seemed to be the only food that was remotely over 80 degrees, which was satisfactory at best, and on the salty side at worst. The presentation was what did both of us in, as our mouths watered at the thought of the food tasting as good as the photographs led us to believe. I would not recommend that anyone go here. The bill was just under $20 without drinks. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be going to Sonic. I give them two stars because they weren't total garbage. Actually cooking some of the vegetables, melting the cheese, or serving ripe fruit goes a long way. It would have been the difference between a two star review and a four...
Read moreI was truly unhappy with the service and the quality. I made my purchase around 7:06 and they said I can’t dine it. They said they were closing at 8pm so we were not allowed to eat inside and we had to take our food out. We received our food and since the place still had about 15 people I asked again if it was ok to eat there. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and told me “if you want to “ My husband ordered a crepe with only nuttela and nothing else. The only nuttela that was on the crepe was the little amount of drizzle they put on top. I went to question the lady as to why they didn’t add nuttela inside of the crepe and she said that they don’t do that and if I want waned more Nutella I had to pay extra. Obviously the girl didn’t care to provide customer service as well as the rest of the staff and overall they were all rude. I have had much better service in other crepe stations and I never want to return to this...
