Good burger as always. In-N-Out always delivers a delicious burger with a nicely grilled bun, and I always requested their grilled onions. Their spread gives their burgers a unique tangy taste that differentiates their burgers from other burger joints. In addition, I love the way they build their burgers with the perfect ratios of bread to meat to cheese. The regular cheese burger is one of the best burgers. I really enjoy the thinner type of meat patty they use. I hate it when you go to a restaurant and they stick this giant slab of flavorless, dry ground beef in there and then charge you and arm and a leg for the badly thought out monstrosity. But In-N-Out does it perfectly with a nice then patty with fresh and fluffy grilled buns, grilled onions, tomato, cheese, and spread, and it is all so fresh, unlike McDonald's. It basically the size and freshness you'd expect from a restaurant, but with practiced, repeatable precision in flavor you expect of a fast food place. It's the best of both worlds. Best of all, their prices are so reasonable. They are even cheaper than many of the poorer quality burgers you would get at McDonald's or Bruger King. Their freshly cut fries are also a highlight of In-N-Out that can't be ignored. The interior is well maintained and clean. This is honestly, my go to place when I want a burger. The only complaint I can think of against them is that their very simple and to the point menu doesn't offer a great variety of choices. Although, keep in mind, they are tons of hidden options available (like animal style fries, very good), but all the options are basically remixes or variations of the same basic ingredients. I think the simple menu is what allows them to so consistently put out such a high quality burger, but it does result in less variety in flavor choices. So, when you come to In-N-Out, you are coming to get a burger, fries, a shake, or some combination of those. That's not a real problem, because it's all good. Just know that this is what you come to In-N-Out for, a great burger, fresh fries, and a shake or soda, and you...

Today was the WORST In & Out experience we have ever had.
We have been going to In & Out for years, my husband even used to work at one as a teenager, and tonight was the worst quality of food we have ever had here.
Our order was simple, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 with pickles, grilled onion and extra spread, 1 extra spread extra grilled onions, 1 plain and an order of animal fries with extra cheese and extra grilled onions. The cashier didn't initially charge us for the extra cheese on the animal fries so she rang me up for a slice of cheese separately and neglected to tell the fry station. So we told them ourselves (3 separate people) in fact, prior to the food being served. When the food was given to us the fries had no extra cheese and no extra grilled onions and barely any sauce. I attempted to ask them to fix it, they talked between themselves and passed the fries around between four people or so and gave it back the same way it was given to us to begin with and they did not correct the mistake. They were only interested in getting me to leave. No senior staff member or team leader even attempted to solve the issue. So we took the food and walked out. In the less than 10 mins it took us to get home in the car, in Las Vegas, in summer 107° outside, the food was already cold! Very disappointed. Poor quality.

Make sure you check your items before leaving this place. Honestly, I recommend going to a different location all together. This is not the first time we had issues from...
Read moreIn-N-Out Burger has always had a reputation for fresh food, using quality ingredients.
It seems this location is always busy, at least the times I have been there.
The times I have been there, there was no line, or a short and fast moving one. Because they cook fresh to order, the drive thru wait can be quite lengthy. My suggestion would be to walk inside to order. It, in most cases, will be faster.
As for the food, I have found their food is the most consistent, from time to time and location to location, than any other burger chain. It could be that is because they have a very limited menu, choosing to do a few things well, instead of doing a lot of things mediocre.
Because they cook fresh to order, you have to anticipate that your food is not going to be ready in two minutes. There is a difference between "Made to order" and "Cooked to order".
They also have a "Secret Menu", that is not on the menu board. I enjoy having my burger and fries "Animal Style", but they also have other options.
To get all the options on the Secret Menu, just do a Google search. There are plenty of articles with descriptions and reviews.
This store is always clean and well maintained inside and out. There are a few tables outside.
The times I have been there, I didn't have any encounters with any homeless people outside hitting me...
