Better Buzz Coffee - East Las Vegas — Restaurant in Las Vegas

We've been 3 times since they opened about 2 weeks ago. I REALLY want to like this place and keep saying "They are new we need to give them a chance to learn and get on top of things! They will do better!" And I still stand by that but, sadly it's not going great in my opinion. They have what seems like way to many employees working at one time. The sandwiches aren't very good. The bacon isn't cooked very much so it's all flimsy. The drinks are way to sweet so I've already learned to ask for half sweet which helps a lot! The coffee isn't anything special. I've had way better at other small business coffee shops around Vegas. My dad ordered a simple hot coffee with cream and sugar and they couldn't figure out how to make that... 🙄 I'll go back bc i really want to support them and I will update this review IF and when they get better. I’ve ordered from Better Buzz on Nellis several times now, and every time has been spot on — orders ready on time, perfectly labeled, and always delicious. But today’s experience truly stood out!! I had placed a big order that I thought was for 8:15 AM pickup, but when I arrived around 8:07, James and one of the baristas kindly greeted me and came to check on my order. That’s when we all realized I had accidentally scheduled it for 8:15 PM — totally my mistake! Instead of asking me to cancel and reorder, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They took a photo of the original order off my phone, cancelled the PM pickup later, and made everything fresh for me on the spot. Within 10 minutes, they had all my food and drinks ready to go — and everything was perfect!!!

I've been to this location a few times. It's always usually busy but the first time I went through drive thru they were pretty fast. I ordered the caprese and while it was delicious, for the price point (8.99) it was imo not worth it. It had a lot of cheese but skimped on the pesto, and only two small slices of tomato. Most recently, I used mobile order because I thought it would be faster on a busy weekend. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for 2 drinks. I understand it was busy but the mobile order seemed very disorganized. I wish they did a better job of verifying the mobile order drinks and names and not just lumping them in with the drive thru drinks. I had to go up and make sure my order was being worked on because if not I'm sure it would've gotten lost in the shuffle.
