Horrible location! Probably the worst customer service staff by far. My daughter wanted to go in and grab a couple of outfits for the school week..we searched the location which stated it closed at 7pm!!! We walked in at 6:10!!!..immediately one of the cashiers starts yelling we’re closing in 15 minutes. I look down at my watch and told my daughter well I guess they are closing early. Mind you it was only my daughter and I and an older lady. For literally the best 15 minutes at 5 minute intervals she’s yelling we’re closing. Never have I been rushed to shop anywhere!! I understand online says your closing at 7 but if that is incorrect information then it should be changed from your site. Then we rush to the register to check out and these had to be the coldest rudest cashiers ever! Literally was rushed to spend $177 in 15 minutes. Definitely would have spent more if we weren’t being rushed to shop. I will just drive further now to the location at Galleria because this location and staff deserves no business! This is truly a good clothing store, however, it has the most nastiest staff I have ever seen. No one greets you, asks if you need anything, or even bothers to crack a smile. I saw one girl by the register and assumed that she was where you check out. I stood in line where she clear even made eye contact with me and said nothing. I literally stood there for two minutes until I realized she was not going to help me. I then go to the other side with another girl. It was a pregnant girl and she was probably the worst one out of all of them. She had an ugly attitude, did not even act professional, spoke super low, and didn’t even say have a good day. One of my friends took me here to buy an outfit for my birthday however after picking out several items to put on hold rack Employee Miriam was very rude and took them back to put away. When we asked where the clothes were that were on hold she got upset and said they’re getting ready to close. It was 8:00pm we still had 40 minutes to use dressing room and an hour before they closed. She assumed that I didn’t speak Spanish and started talking badly in Spanish to her co-worker saying that these people need to stop coming up so late.
