Nice place as in looks nice, but not so kid friendly. Received a call around 8 am this morning saying there were complaints that there was too much noise coming from this room I was in. So let me just say this:. I was in a suite and there were 5 of us in the room. One is a 4 yr old girl and a boy 10 and then 3 of us adults. We had all gotten up at 630 am to start getting ready so we could go for our complimentary breakfast. So with 5 sets of people moving around, getting showers, getting dressed and 4 yr old dancing around I guess we were making too much noise. SERIOUSLY? We were literally about to go down for bfast when the call from front desk came in. So maybe suites that will be housing children should be placed on the first floor (or lowest floor just in case kids want to be kids). Because obviously this hotel isn't sound proof enough on the 3rd floor to handle the noise of 5 people moving around just getting ready for the day and a 4 yr old dancing. Funny how people complain about things. I didn't call down to the front desk to report the toys that were found in this room under the bed skirt that the 4 yr old found and touched and who knows what germs might be on them. I just took them from her, had her wash her hands and then put them on sink counter so next time maid comes in she can throw them out or whatever they do with things left behind. And having such toys there could make anyone wonder how clean this room really was? And I could have complained to the front desk when we went for bfast and all the players from a team congested the area with all thier belongings: clothing bags, phones, chargers ect making it impossible for any other guests not just ourselves to have a place to sit and to walk around because the bags were in the walk way, on tables and chairs that none of them were sitting at. It was just a place for them to place them. Guests should not bring thier clothing bags, suitcases into bfast area. They could have loaded thier stuff into the bus. I came to this hotel because i couldn't stay with my son last night due to a surprise home warming party for him today. Obvious since it is a surprise I couldn't ask him to stay at his home. Because generally when I come to ga I stay with him. So not very pleased. I have stayed a numerous hotels and suites all around the us. And never did anyone ever complain about movements in our rooms. It wasn't like any rough housing was going on, furniture wasn't being thrown around, no bouncing on the beds and jumping to floors, kids weren't screaming and carrying on. Just a group of 5 people getting ready and a 4 yr old dancing around. And then apparently the same people complained.last night we made too much noise. We didn't get here until approx 530 pm, checked in, came up to our room, ate dinner and the kids played around the room and watched TV then we took them to the pool for an hour or so and came back to room and all 5 of us got ready for bed. So if our suitcase made noise while we got our night clothes out, and we made noise as we walked around the floor to use the bathroom and wash up after using pool and brushing our teeth ect then wow! We are extremely sorry but we don't think in any way we were noisy or disrespectful in any way during this stay but apparently we were. So we will deff never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will will ever...

Bed: 2/5 The mattress was springy and felt cheap, leading to an uncomfortable sleep experience.
Pillows: 3/5 The four pillows provided were small but decent in quality.
TV Placement: 2/5 The TV was awkwardly positioned on the side of the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably after a long day of meetings.
Bathroom: 3/5 The bathroom could use some attention and care. It wasn't dirty, but it felt worn out and in need of some maintenance.
Sheets and Towels: 5/5 Both the sheets and towels were clean, meeting expectations for hygiene.
Room Cleanliness: 4/5 The room was generally clean, though not spotless. A bit more attention to detail in certain areas would have been appreciated.
Air Conditioning: 4/5 The AC worked well and kept the room cool, but it was a bit noisy when quality sleep is important.
Coffee: 3/5 The coffee was hot and a stronger coffee would be ideal.
Parking: 5/5 Plenty of parking spaces available
Location: 5/5 The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal after work.
Staff: 5/5 The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast: 5/5 Although small, the breakfast offers all the essentials—eggs, bread, cereal, waffles, milk, coffee, and sausage.
Gym: 5/5 The gym is small but well-maintained, offering cardio equipment and a complete set of dumbbells, perfect for a quick workout.
Facilities 3/5: The elevator is quite slow, and one was out of order during my stay, which made things less convenient. I also noticed a few ice dispensers were out of order, which was a bit disappointing.
No room safe: 0/5 It’s surprising that a hotel in this price range doesn't provide a basic amenity like a room safe. This was particularly inconvenient during a business trip when secure storage for valuables is essential.
Room Water bottles: I was provided with two water bottles for a six-day stay as part of the Hilton Honors program. I requested a refill but was denied. It would be reasonable to provide an additional bottle upon customer request, especially for longer stays.

Read moreUnfortunately, I have to give this place a two star review. Although the hotel is lovely and the breakfast was okay, the way they book reservations is something to be desired of. My family and I had to evacuate due to a hurricane and I called and specifically asked for a King Suite. I was informed that the King Suite was only available for one night, but then they could move me to another room for the next two nights that had a King bed and a pull-out sofa. I agreed to this arrangement and when my family and I checked in, we were put into a double queen room and charged the same price as the King Suite. (The queen beds were more consistent of full size beds with barely enough space to walk in the room) When I questioned the lady at the front desk, she said that the King Suite had been cancelled. I asked her why it had been cancelled for I did not cancel this reservation at all. She just shrugged and was like I don't know and did not offer anymore assistance. When I arrived back at my home, I emailed Hampton Inn concerning this issue. Hampton Inn stated that one reservation showed that we were a no show and the other was cancelled. We were marked as a no show when we were in another hotel room in that same Hampton Inn! Ridiculous! Hampton Inn proceeded to forward my concerns to the manager of the Lavonia GA Hampton Inn and she emailed and stated that her front manager said that he remembered the conversation and that I agreed to the double Queen bedroom. I NEVER agreed to this and stated clearly in the phone call that I needed a King Size bed. Another concern is that I never received an email or phone call confirmation for this supposed queen double room I agreed to and I never received cancellation emails for the King Suite and the King bedroom I had agreed to stay in. Needless to say, after I emailed again stating these concerns, I have not received a phone call or another email from them. The customer service is quite disturbing especially the way the reservations are run and how the manager will not reply to my concerns. I would not recommend staying at this Hampton Inn with the pricing and the...
