Laziest Blizzard ever!!! I stood at the front by myself for at least 3mins. Someone finally yelled “there’s ppl up front!” I thought there was only one employee at the time, so I wasn’t thinking anything of it until two more came out the back. A couple came in and ordered an ice cream cone and it came out in literally 30secs once they placed their order and the ice cream looked like it was melting as soon as it came to the serving window. Once I received my blizzard (which wasn’t a long wait at all compared to how long I was waiting at the register in the empty restaurant but the cashier was empathetic and apologized to myself and the couple that came in after me), but the strawberry cheesecake was only at the top! I paid $6+ for 2/3 of plain vanilla ice cream. It was totally on me because after waiting that long before workers realized I was there, the guy making the blizzard seemed mad as hell, and it showed in the product! I knew I should’ve left before I even placed my order at that point. No survey needed here because I wouldn’t redeem the free item given for doing the survey due to me never go back to this location. Went to the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. As I’m waiting I see the employee hand the guy in front of me his items. I see the guy open the food and set it down in his truck. After a few seconds the employee comes back and the guy hands him the food back and they talk and he leaves. I then pull up and pay. The employee hands me my ice cream and drink then tries to hand me my food. But I ask him if that was the food the guy just gave back out of his truck and he said yes 😑 so I asked for a fresh meal. He walked away with the food and came back about a minute later. I’m hoping I did get fresh food. But how does your DQ employees think it’s okay to give food to some that was just given back out of another persons vehicle??? Not my best visit to a Dairy Queen. Stopped by thinking it would be a sure fire simple meal on our roadtrip but it was not that.

Stopped in and had a long wait while waiting on a cashier to take the order and unfortunately she got pulled away several times during our order. She was very low spoken and hard to hear.

The $7 meal deal is now $8 and only valid M-F 10-4; don’t count on that for price savings. Buying individually really shot the price up. Truly, no reason to spend $60 for a family of 4 to get a combo and small blizzard.

We took a seat waiting on our number to be called and instead were brought out food, except for the blizzards. They were made immediately and left in the window long enough to be a pretty melted mess.
