I absolutely do not spend a penny of my money at Chick-fil-A. Not because service is awful but because they literally have one thing I like. The chicken is soggy. I 100%prefer Popeyes because their sandwich is not soggy and stays crisp for a longtime. This is a personal preference! However, at any given time we have $25-100 in gift cards because of a family member that works for them. They give them as gifts for all occasions.

So I decided to go to this location! Chicken was subpar at best. Not their fault it is just the recipe. Mac and cheese was amazing! I spent $34.80 (expensive)on 2 nugget meals, large soup, mac and cheese with upgrade of small milkshake.

No matter how expensive or not good the food is. This location is ALWAYS on point with customer service! They are so extremely nice, they are always going...

Normally love my Chick-fil-A, but today was frustrating. Ordered through the App for curb side pickup. I went through the steps to order, pulled in and the App would just spin, and spin, so after trying it one more time I went through the drive through. (I like the curb side, quicker than the drive thru most day, especially if just getting a beverage) The drive thru was busy, took 10 additional minutes, so a total of 15 plus minutes to get a large coke. Very frustrating! When I got to the window I mentioned the issue with the App not completing my order, the manager said "we don't turn on the curb side order until 7:30 am." if that is the case, it should not show as an option on the App, this would keep from frustrating the consumers. All that said, Chick-fil-A is still the best and I love me some...

Hands down, this is the BEST Chick-fil-A that I’ve visited in many, many years! Taking nothing away from the others, but this particular location went above and beyond with customer service; this was especially important to me being how I was internally having a “not so good” morning. Briana serving at the window was an absolute doll and she has given me a smile to wear for the rest of what will now be a much better day! This is exactly why customer service is SO important; you never know how someone is feeling or what they’re going through but this location made all the difference! Excellent job, Chick-fil-A of Lavonia, GA! Amazing team members like Briana keeps the customers coming back! Fresh, hot food and super delicious iced coffee too!...
