Much to be sought after.. For the rate at which they charge per night, I'm sorry but what excuse is there to have windows with No Screens.. ? OLD Towels . ... In the restroom there were Towels and wash cloths which had somebody's hair in it and once unfolded you could literally see a dust line which to me indicates the room was lightly prepared for a guest or even likely rented for only a short period of time, couple hours or so then half asked fixed up and rented again. The WiFii which was given to me on a small thread of paper printed, did not work for whatever reason. Everything about the room was old, stale, not suitable, bad lighting. Switches did not all work, when I walked in it was pitch black and I had to accidentally bump in to the lamp conspicuously placed in the walk way of the room not quite off to the side. There was only one window in the room, none in the restroom and the air vent inside the restroom looked totally ancient, brake down and non operational I'm assuming for likely a decade or more from the way the dust dirt and cobwebs were caked on so thick. The smell of the room was intolerable, I had to bring in my own cleaner with BLEACH before I could even use the restroom or bath tub. There were cigarette holes in the bed comforter. Oh yeah almost forgot to mention the welcome of the dead roach in the tub belly up when I pulled the shower curtain back. I luckily had sheets and blankets in my car which I played on top of the bed I wasn't even about to take on any more discovery of what may have been waiting under those covers. The bad lighting in the room made it difficult to see the flor well however I kind of believe that was to my benefit because what I did see was enough for me to stay on top of my children to stay off the floor, and keep socks on, at all times. There feet were tar black after only a couple minutes before their taking off their shoes and socks to bathe. I wished so much that I had my carpet shampooer, or a vacuum. It was just soon uncomfortable from the moment I opened the door. The stench of old cigarette smoke soaked in the walls curtains floor.. I did not sleep well at all. Too worried about something crawling out from somewhere. In a few words to describe this room. Old, rotten, gloomy, uncomfortable, Extremely OVERPRICED, no...
Read moreSome aspects of this place are a good value, some leave a lot to be desired. First the bad. Electrical outlets are few and not where you need them. My wife and I both use CPAP machines and need power. There was one outlet behind the bed in the center, because I carry an extension cord I was able to use it but it wasn't convenient. There was an outlet under the t.v. and a couple by the bathroom sink. The toilet seat was loose and unstable. The bed was on wheels and moved when my wife tried to get in. Maybe the wheels lock but they weren't locked at the time. As far as handicapped accessibility goes, there was a small rise to the sidewalk, you could coax a wheelchair up it but not comfortably. The worst thing of all was the polyester sheets, yuck. ||Now the good, everything was clean, it even smelled clean. the paint was fresh, although it as nicked and scarred like people have been hitting the walls. The shower had beautiful tile work done and the shower plumbing worked very well. The a.c. worked beautifully. I did nut use the t.v. and the internet worked at night but I could't connect in the morning. The bed was really...
