This place is bad news. False advertising. Just don't go there. Scroll to the bottom to see updates based on their response! My truck was broken into during broad daylight hours, right in front of their gangway (photos attached). The burglars tore into the truck and stole our GPS unit, which was hidden in the glove box. Our insurance deductible is around $250, which is approximately what we paid to stay in this hovel. Speaking of price, there wasn't a checkbox to confirm we had a pet at the online checkout. They charged us extra for that upon arrival, before informing us that they don't "usually" provide the things that were mentioned in the online description. At this point, they presented a lengthy contract stating they're not responsible for what happens in their own parking lot. After the burglary, their indifference was palpable. They don't care about their customers, at all, so consider this a warning not to become one. Just keep searching and let them return to their logo-infused version of "Project Place". The sink in our room was completely clogged. It took 10 electronic room keys to open the only functional building entrance. It's pretty clear they've committed several building code violations. ... and they expect you to accept this with the excuse that it's a fifty-year-old building. This isn't a hotel. It's a meth lab. And it appears everyone on the first/second floors is a permanent resident. The entire building smells like a blend of color-safe bleach and blood stained marijuana, depending on where you stand. They owe us $250, if not more. Also attached ... nice "sidewalk". Stay the path and see if you aren't covered in tree sap, then bitten by whatever animals are living in it. The manager said "what tree?" Total $h!t$how. Regarding their response(s): 1) "What you encountered with your vehicle is very unusual ... file a police report" I did. Right after it happened. The management knows this. The report number is tied to their address. Also, both the officer and local businesses say police get called to that address regularly, so while my "vehicle encounter" might be unusual, the appearance of patrol cars in their lot is not. 2) "The security and safety of our guests is always of utmost importance" This is a lie. They're lying. That is to say, they're liars. There aren't any outdoor security cameras. Not even at the porte-co·chère. If there were, we might have footage of the burglar breaking into our truck. I'll add that, over the phone, they were greatly proud of their contract separating them from anything that happens on their property outside of the pedestrian entrance. The heading of this underhanded whisper of an "oh, by the way, sign this ..." should read: YOU. DON'T. MATTER. Thanks for the money!

MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT!!! I walked out the door in the morning and noticed my truck was gone. I went to the front desk to ask if they had cameras on that side of the building. After a half hour of trying to reach someone at the front desk with no luck, I seen the guy who works the front desk come driving in. I walked over to his car and asked him if they had cameras on that side of the building, he said no as he is walking away from me. I told him my truck was stolen from the parking lot last night, his response was, did you call the police as he is still walking away from me without a care in the world. I said yes and he said OK as he is still walking away from me. After I talked to the police I went to check out as I didn't feel safe staying here anymore, I had already paid for the whole week. All I wanted was a refund for was the 4 nights that I had left in the week. He told me that its against there policy and he can't do that. I said even when your vehicle is stolen out of the parking lot?!?!!? His response was, thats not our problem. He finally agreed to refund me for 3 of the 4 nights that I had left, said it was the best he could do. This place is very ghetto!! All the broke down cars and motor homes in the parking lot should of been a big red flag for me!!

Just got here and the "fully stocked kitchen" per the site tag in reality is "wanna spend $40 for some pans?" when you check in. Staff was friendly. The bed is a cheesy mattress w no box spring. There is not a lamp in the entire room. The plastic wrapped cups in the bathroom were stuck together with some sort of dirty schmutz, so unusable. Who knows how long they were there? Not such a big deal unless you checked in at 10 pm due to bad travel weather and you can't even get a drink of water until you dig out your own dishes from the Uhaul. Floor felt sticky on soles of shoes, but it was late. Got up and hand scrubbed with 2 washcloths across floor...nearly black, even after 2 runs. They kindly gave me 2 more cleaning rags to try again.🤔 Pic is the 3rd attempt to clean the kitchen/bath hard surface flooring. Thought the blinds were faux texture wood grain bc it was dark...nope, it's thick, grimy dust with smears where someone messed up the layer of gunk. They should be just plain brown color, no texture. Very nice staff...cleaning is very suspect.

My recent two-week extended stay at Extended Stay America Loveland was largely positive, offering excellent value for a 2-star hotel experience. For those seeking cost-effective accommodations with essential amenities, ESA Loveland stands out among properties at a similar price point.||Accommodations & Amenities:|The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, contributing to acceptable noise levels, even on the third floor. The full kitchen, featuring a 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, and full-size refrigerator/freezer, was a significant plus for self-catering. ||However, be aware that basic kitchenware and dinnerware are not provided in the room. I found the optional cookware and dinnerware kits, purchased at check-in for approximately $50, to be reasonably priced and convenient, ensuring I could prepare basic meals. ||It's worth noting the absence of a coffee maker in the room, which might be an unexpected omission for some guests.|As the hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 25, consider requesting a room that is opposite of the highway, to reduce noise during the evening and night hours.||Housekeeping:|My room was spotless, including the kitchen area and bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition.|A housekeeper will freshen-up the room with a linen change for stays more than 14 nights. Guests can request cleaning services at the front desk for a reasonable cost. ||Laundry Room:|The 24/7 on-site laundry facility was a great amenity, with washers and dryers costing $3.50 per load each, offering a cost-effective way to manage laundry during an extended stay.||Service & Staff:|The staff at ESA Loveland were helpful and responsive. When I needed additional hangers and had an issue with the TV, the service staff promptly resolved these requests. This promptness was a definite plus.||WIFI Connectivity:|A major highlight for me, as someone who worked remotely from the hotel, was the internet connectivity. The Wi-Fi performed flawlessly, whether I used a VPN or not. |I experienced no degradation in speed during several days of working from the room, making it reliable for professional use. Speedtest.net results showed impressive download speeds (68.23 Mbps without VPN, 100.70 Mbps with VPN) and upload speeds (132.58 Mbps without VPN, 119.05 Mbps with VPN).||Location:|The hotel's location offers convenient walking access to fast-food outlets and a restaurant. While grocery stores were a short drive (under 15 minutes by car), easy access to broader entertainment options in the Loveland area would generally require a car.||As the hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 25, consider requesting a room that is opposite of the highway, to reduce noise during the evening and night hours.||Areas for Improvement:|While my stay was positive, there are a couple of areas where ESA Loveland could enhance the guest experience, particularly for business travelers or first-time extended-stay guests. ||It would be beneficial for suites to be equipped with basic kitchenware and dinnerware, as this would align more with extended stay hotel guest expectations. ||Additionally, providing basic items like a coffee maker and ensuring all sinks have a screen or grid guard (to prevent loss of valuables and facilitate sink use) would significantly improve the overall guest experience.||The room keys needed to be reset several times during my stay. My recent two-week extended stay at Extended Stay America Loveland was largely positive, offering excellent value for a 2-star hotel experience. For those seeking cost-effective accommodations with essential amenities, ESA Loveland stands out among properties at a similar price point.

Accommodations & Amenities: The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, contributing to acceptable noise levels, even on the third floor.

It's worth noting the absence of a coffee maker in the room, which might be an unexpected omission for some guests. As the hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 25, consider requesting a room that is opposite of the highway, to reduce noise during the evening and night hours.

Housekeeping: My room was spotless, including the kitchen area and bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition.

A housekeeper will freshen-up the room with a linen change for stays more than 14 nights. Guests can request cleaning services at the front desk for a reasonable cost.

Laundry Room: The 24/7 on-site laundry facility was a great amenity, with washers and dryers costing $3.50 per load each, offering a cost-effective way to manage laundry during an extended stay.

Service & Staff: The staff at ESA Loveland were helpful and responsive. When I needed additional hangers and had an issue with the TV, the service staff promptly resolved these requests. This promptness was a definite plus.

WIFI Connectivity : A major highlight for me, as someone who worked remotely from the hotel, was the internet connectivity. The Wi-Fi performed flawlessly, whether I used a VPN or not.

I experienced no degradation in speed during several days of working from the room, making it reliable for professional use.

Location: The hotel's location offers convenient walking access to fast-food outlets and a restaurant. While grocery stores were a short drive (under 15 minutes by car), easy access to broader entertainment options in the Loveland area would generally require a car.

As the hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 25, consider requesting a room that is opposite of the highway, to reduce noise during the evening and night hours.

Areas for Improvement: While my stay was positive, there are a couple of areas where ESA Loveland could enhance the guest experience, particularly for business travelers or first-time extended-stay guests.

It would be beneficial for suites to be equipped with basic kitchenware and dinnerware, as this would align more with extended stay hotel guest expectations.

Additionally, providing basic items like a coffee maker and ensuring all sinks have a screen or grid guard (to prevent loss of valuables and facilitate sink use) would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The room keys needed to be reset several times during my stay. This appears to be an issue with the system, as other guests had similar issues with being temporarily denied access into the hotel and/or locked out of their room.

Recommendation: Overall, I would recommend Extended Stay America Loveland to travelers looking for a solid value in a 2-star hotel, offering clean rooms, reliable internet, and good service for an extended stay. It truly stands out from other extended stay hotels at a similar...

Hopes were high, but were met with utter disappointments after a 9 hour drive to this extended stay from yellowstone. We left yellowstone at noon and per Google maps our arrival time was 8 pm give or take. We were able to speak with a front disk employee about our concern given our arrival time. To which she stated it would be no problem being as how were were do to arrive at 830. She stated all we would need to do is, dial 500 from the lobby phone to reach the after hours employee on site. With the wait time being about 2 to 3 minutes being as how the employee lived on site. We felt relieved after our phone call and proceeded to our destination. Our arrival time was 835.... We quickly found the lobby phone with directions laid out on a sign directly above the phone. Attempt 1 was made and the phone would ring and then go silent to which the employee had warned us of, following the silence she stated we would be connected to the worker on site. We waited for 30 minutes on the phone to no avail 30 minutes turned to 45 and quickly into a hour. We attempted knocking on the front desk window multiple times to no avail. A hour would come to pass the time was now 930 and no response yet. Multiple guest spotted us and asked if we needed assistance, these guest would definitely be model employees, in this case however the one we were hoping to respond had yet to do so. Another 30 minutes go by the time is now 10pm. Remember we got here at 830pm and the staff already had a general idea of our arrival time. We voiced our concern about the after hour arrival and they assured it was no problem. By now its definitely a problem. With no other place to go and the room already booked we had no choice but to continue to wait. Another 30 minutes go by and nothing. We make multiple attempts to call by lobby phone and our personal phones and are left with utter silence and no replies. Another 30 minutes go by the time is now 11pm. Were both tired from the strenuous drive up here. Food we had in coolers is now met with melted ice in our trunk. Phones are low on battery with no outlets to connect too and the lobby phone remains in silence with no response on the other side. We decide to leave the phone ringing and head to the car given the fatigue from the day setting in. I guess our only choice at this time is to sleep in the car and wait till morning. We waited a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes in front of the lobby phone. The lobby camera serves as proof which i urge the employees to double check if they think im making this up. Our first impressions are far from being met with any expectations. We are currently continuing to call periodically throughout the night. But fear we will end up sleeping in our car for the night. Management will definitely be spoken to this morning being as how it is currently 10 minutes...
