This was probably the worst Carl's Jr I have ever been to. I usually like their service, but the service here was ridiculous. I have a gluten allergy so I make sure to order the "low carb" option because Carl's Jr. says it's gluten free (it's a burger wrapped in lettuce, so I'm assume it is). So, my husband and I both ordered the low carb burgers. We went to go sit down and wait for our meal and we can hear the cook saying what an inconvenience it was to make the low carb burgers and how it didn't matter if it was low carb or not we were still going to get fat. One, if I was worried about fat, I would have went to Subway across the way and got a salad. Two, if your job is such an inconvenience, find a new job. He continued to complain about making our food even after it was out to us because it apparently hindered an employee from getting her food faster. Excuse me, but customer's come first, especially when they order first. I left a comment card in the box because I was thoroughly disgusted by the attitude of this employee. He should not have been talking so loud that I could hear him on the complete opposite side of the restaurant, especially when he was in the kitchen. I really hope they fire him or he learns to not be such a disrespectful person...
Read moreI went into Carl’s Jr on 08-17-2024. I was order number 122129. It has been a very long day that day, and I was So hungry. I had seen something on YouTube earlier that day for Carl’s Jr. and it just put me in the mood. When I walked in, there was no one in the restaurant and I was a little unsure what how my food would be if I would get cold stuff, but the gentleman that took my order was very nice and I waited a few minutes and then he brought everything in the table and it was hot and fresh and everything was amazing. I expressed it to him and I wish I could remember his name and the manager which I think her name was Tina that I appreciated everything very much and everything was very good there. Also in the back that I did not interact with that I’m pretty sure made the food, and I wanted to acknowledge her as well. I wish all fast food places were like this because I know for a fact that people would rather have Fresh food, other than the stores record for wait times like most places the price of things have gone up and people do not like cold stuff or something...
Read moreFrustrated. I don't often eat breakfast out, but when I do I usually want something specific off a menu. I stopped for 3 sausage and egg biscuits this morning and left with no receipt for my cash payment and a wrong order. I was given 2 sausage cheese biscuits and one of my requested after facing a cashier who seemed to struggle with the menu buttons and the fast food window she was running. We went inside to avoid the window line and regret it already. I asked for 3 sausage and egg NO CHEESE twice, she tried to confirm "two egg and cheese?" And I said NO, three sausage and egg NO cheese. She struggled to plug it in, had a confused expression and then gave me my total. I paid, she quickly took off and returned later with my wrong order and still no receipt with the bag. If I hadn't been on my way to work i would have turned around right away when I opened up my breakfast. Glad they didn't mess up my pop's biscuit at least. Please learn to listen to what your people are ordering, nor whatever your promo is for the month that you think is...
