My experience was great. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I tried many different mattresses. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I found the financing option process easy and the payment plan fit into my budget. The delivery guys, Mike and Tom, were a couple of awesome dudes... They called to let me know when they would be able to deliver my mattress, but I could not leave work to meet them. They went ahead and finished their other deliveries and made my spot their last stop. We arrived around the same time. I had outdoor furniture in the way of getting in the house, and they moved the furniture for me and when we were done they put everything back the way it was... Very careful when bringing in the mattress and box springs. Took their time when putting things together as well as when they took out my old bed. Friendly knowledgable guys... Cleaned up after themselves leaving me to enjoy my new mattress and make the bed... Thanks...

Our mattress was delivered last Tuesday, a day late due to problems related to the cold weather. I can understand the delays but the communication could have been a lot better. We were originally given a 1:30-to-3:30 delivery window, which passed with no communication by Lebeda. Finally around 4 PM I called Lebeda and was told it would show up around 6:30. And then around 6:30 we got a call saying we wouldn’t get it until the next day. So the following morning the truck showed up around 10:30, about an hour later than expected.

More disappointing was the delivery experience itself. The guys were anything but friendly, they acted very rushed and were not all that careful getting the stuff into the house and up the stairs. I watched them continue to push and shove the new mattress when it got jammed between the stairs and the ceiling going up from the first landing when they could have just tilted it. It seemed their main goal was to was to get in and get out ASAP with as little personal contact...

Yesterday was my 3rd mattress purchase from Lebeda in Marion. When the bed is delivered, we always have a break down in communiction about what was discussed at the store and what shows on the delivery slip. Last time it was regarding the frame. This time it was regarding hauling the old bed away. Normally this would be frustrating, but Lebeda's delivery guys (Darnell and Mike) are awesome. They always make it right, always on time, super nice and work quickly and efficently. Mike actually helped make the bed in the factory the day before, delivered it and set it up for us. Darnell is a machine. These mattresses must weigh 200 lbs, and he picks it up and carries it by himself like it weighs nothing. Incredible! It goes without saying, these mattresses are the best...but the people representing your company make your business GREAT! Thank you gentlemen for being the best...
