I had to drop off a UPS package. I went to the ship center area and I couldn't see the person behind the counter. My eyes were still adjusting from the brightness outside(I have a eye condition and it takes my eyes a long time to adjust). The associate said do you have a amazon return. I said no it's a ups shipment. I already had my label printed and package ready. I set the package down on what I thought was the counter but apparently it was a cardboard sign they had taped from one side of the counter to the other. Possibly to keep people entering thru there. So the associate says please do not set that there it's not sturdy. He did not say it in a nice and I said oh sorry I thought that was the counter. He ignores me and gets on the computer to scan the shipment. So I moved it to the other side and I said to him you could have just picked it up if you were really worried about where I set it. He says nothing. I told him I don't see well and I am going blind. He just said ok and Nothing else. I just think he was rude. My 33 year old daughter comes into staples about 30 mins later this same day for a amazon return. She had to go to the cash register for this. She said there was no sign to direct her there and she asked where to go. She said the clerks at the register were rude to her as well. They barely spoke to her no have a nice day or thank you for shopping at staples nothing. I dont know what has happened to the younger people but they have no social skills or customer service. Maybe they need training on customer...
Read moreIf I could give a negative star rating I would! I lived here my entire life but I will never come back to this location again! I was patiently waiting 10 minutes for the lady to finish printing her stuff before I could print my papers it was 3 minutes to close when i finally was able to get to it but I still had items I needed to purchase. a rep asked me if I would be using card or cash for the other purchases and I let them him know I was using a card. by the time I finished printing and went up to check out the rest of my items the guy told me it's too late he closed the drawers out and I wouldn't be able to buy the 4 items at all. IT WAS ONLY 8:01!!! they knew ahead of time I was there and still needed to check out. I had gotten the sense it's because I am Muslim and just flat out racist because if I was another race I know for a fact this situation would have never happened and is why I was treated poorly. this was the worst customer experience ever! I will also be calling corporate. it is standard customer service protocol to not close out the cash registers until ALL...
Read moreThis review is specifically for the older woman working in printing and photocopying. I went to this location for the convenience of my errands today, however I always go to strongsville staples (which is where I will be returning). I had Amazon returns and there was a gentleman behind me in line. And as the woman is taking care of me she says “sir do you need a copy made” and then when he says yes she talks on her speaker and goes “can someone come take over on Amazon returns so I can help the paying costumer” and walks away mid return. LITTLE did she know I own a very large construction company and spend THOUSANDS of dollars MONTHLY at staples on blueprints. If you don’t believe me - look us up. Titan Construction and Repair. I was planning on using my Amazon return $10 reward to place an order for blueprints. After hearing that, that was unacceptable and down right unprofessional. Medina staples you just lost ALL of my business. Don’t be so quick to judge costumers for returns. I can 100% guarantee I would have spent more than the gentleman you chose to help...
